Over the past week or so I keep having no signal when I usually would. The network isn’t down and for some reason I can’t text or call because I have no signal. My husband phone has signal and I always have signal at home so why does this keep happening 

Not able to connect to the Internet or receive calls. I’ve turned my roaming toggle on

I selected an add on for additional voice by mistake. I have unlimited voice and messages on my plan. I thought this was for the roaming option as I wanted to recieve some calls. How do I cancel this.

I have just switched to ID Mobile. I am currently not able to receive OTPs (one time passcodes) for a number of apps - these include banking and security apps. They have my correct number and I am able to receive normal messages. Please advise.

Hello,I’ve just set up an eSIM on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’m having issues with calls.I can receive calls. I can make some outgoing calls (e.g. to my wife), but others (e.g. to my daughter and to 7777/333) fail instantly with “Call Failed.” I’ve also been receiving JibeRCS verification codes that I didn’t request. When I turn off the “Travel Plan” option in my Mobile Service settings, the eSIM loses all service and I can’t make or receive any calls.It seems like my eSIM has only been partially provisioned, and is being treated as a roaming/travel profile instead of a normal UK line.Could you please:Fully re-provision my eSIM. Ensure my line is set up correctly for all outgoing calls and messaging services.Thank you.

i ordered a idmoblie sim only and I'm getting charged but the sim isn't at my house at all? I'm worried the driver couldn't find it and left it somewhere where we cant get too and obvsly someone stole it is there a way to track it or possibly check where it is if its been sent out or if its arrived 

I recently came to the end of my ee sim plan and decided to switch to ID mobile, i received a PAC code from ee on the 13th of August and used it to create my new ID mobile plan (esim) on the 15th of August. I wanted to keep my phone number and selected that option, but after completing the order I was given a new number anyway. I then learned that ID’s coverage in my area was poor, so I decided to terminate my plan a day after creating it (cancel on the 16th of August). I went through the livechat option and spoke with a human about terminating my plan within the cooling off period to not accrue any leaving costs. The person confirmed my cancellation was successful, and I requested a PAC code. Since my supposed cancellation I have received no confirmation of cancellation outside of the Livechat and I still receive emails saying I will be charged at the end of the month. I want to confirm with ID mobile that I have successfully cancelled my plan and can receive a PAC code for when I

Can anybody help me to contact ID directly about getting a refund for the service as it hasn’t worked

I have ordered a phone but I forgot to change my delivery address from the billing address so now DPD is trying to deliver to my parents who are out most of the week. Is there any way to change the delivery address?

I have set up an account for my daughter. She used pac data and transferred to her old number. All texts go to her ID mobile number that she doesn’t use so she can’t see them. She can’t even set up her ID app because verification code goes to the number ID gave her, which she doesn’t use. What can she do to rectify the issue? Thanks 

Recently I was a victim of identity fraud , I opened a ClearScore account 5th may 2025 to find out my estranged mother had opened 5 catalogues and phone contracts out in my name one of these being IDmobilei immediately contacted all the credit providers to tell them about the situation all accounts apart from id mobile have been successfully shut. This has been ongoing now since may where ID mobile have claimed this civil matter and refused to close the account and informed me that I am liable to pay for the full contract even though the phone has been blocked and the SIM card disconnected don’t know what to do I have contacted the ombudsman and they can’t help me as the phone contract was taken out through Carphone warehouse I have reported it multiple times to the police/action fraud who are good for nothing. I refuse to pay a contact that I have not taken out and also have not got the phone/contract for it either some advice would be gratefully appreciated. 

Hi, I’ve just bought as payg esim, it’s automatically set me up on a direct debit to come out at the end of the month. I thought that the plan wouldn’t start until I activate the eSIM which I don’t plan to for 3 weeks until my old sim finishes its contract. So when is the direct debit/payment active? From moment I purchase the sim? Or when I activate the sim? Thanks for any help

Upgraded from pay monthly to sim only but my wife’s number has changed but we want her old number

I am a new customer, have activated my sim  a few days ago and have received the email to say my switch is complete. However I still have no service and am unable to use my phone without wi fi. I have switched phones - no luck and turned my current phone off and on again - no luck

Hi. Recently I have changed my plan with iD but I received two bills with diffrent amounts to pay. I got an email with £50 to pay but on an app bill is £3CR. I deleted my direct debit to not pay that. What I can do as when I called iD helpline number there were no option to talk with anyone. Trying to activate a sim but it’s telling me they’ve sent me a code via text message. How can I receive a text message if my sim isn’t activated?!what am I supposed to do?!

I have received a final demand notice.i took out a sim only contract which ended up in error due to the fact i already had a contract with id mobile. To move to that contract, id have had to have changed my phone number. So i cancelled it within the 14 day cooling off period.i have been receiving texts saying that i need to pay but when i call id mobile, the automated system says im up to date. help! What do i do?

On my bill it says monthly recurring charge  and I don’t know why ? 

Need to add an area on the app to check data roaming usage. Presently it only shows UK data usage. I want to know how fast I am using the data whilst away from UK which is a different allowance. I can do this on my Spain account with MASMovil.

I cannot log into the ID mobile App as it won't recognise my transferred number, only the number that came originally with the phone, so it wants to send the 6 digit verification number to the wrong phone number. 2 live chats, a network restore and a reboot have not solved the problem. How can I get the App to recognise my phone number?

I switched to an iD mobile SIM in my old phone a month or two ago but I now want to get a pay monthly phone contract (from iD) and either add my current sim contract to it, or cancel my current one and just take the sim offers included with the phone. Is there any option to do this without having to cancel, pay early cancellation fees then place a new order?
