Does my contract have roaming services included? I am on a trip to ireland and weant to ensure roaming is included 

Until recently, this was working fine. I can no longer send or receive texts, I’ve tried all the recommended methods in the community. I ported my number, not sure if this has something to do with it but I can’t change my number in my phone, as it sends a text to phone for verification but I can’t receive the text! Not sure what’s next.

I have just opened an account. When do I give my PAC number? I haven’t received an ID Mobile Number yet. 

I am deployed overseas with the armed forces, i dont have access to my ID Mobile Phone and keep receiivng threatening mail about a collection agency.  You dont have a agent i can call its all automated.  What do i do? I do not like this customer service and will be cancelling my phone 

I accidently missed a payment for my daughter's phone plan. Her phone was/is barred even though I made the payment over the phone using iD's  automated payment service. Weirdly the automated service did not give me a payment reference number but the payment is on my bank statements so its definitely been paid. Ben 3 days now and the phone is STILL barred. I contacted customer service agents TWICE via chat bot and BOTH AGENTS DISCONNECTED THE CHAT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR A REPLY FOR 10 MINUTES. Disgraceful service so far. We are only a few months old to the contract but I want to know how I can either get my daughter's phone unbarred or how to leave iD because frankly, the service is awful and the difficulty of getting a real person to talk to, is not worth it at all.

I have 3 eSIMs and I just want to cancel one. I cant do it via the app as it wants to send me a code to put into my phone but I dont have a phone anymore.Just want to cancel this please!!!! 

Hi, my postcode is WN4 0DD and I've had no phone, texts or data for two weeks now. There is however a signal. iDs site says there's an issue but how long is this going to go on? I want to install a vital banking app. and it needs a text code. I have mobility issues and it's not that simple for me to get out to where there's a good signal.

I was with Tesco Mobile and seriously regret moving across. Before I moved across, I checked my areas signal and was shown 5G and 4G were good within my area. But this is far from the truth, I barely get one bar on my Google Pixel 8a living in the PO11 postcode.I seriously regret moving across but am stuck with ID Mobile unless I fork out £200+ to buy out my contract. I feel ripped off as the promised service doesn’t match the actual service.

My wife and I are both with iD mobile, when we phone our local vet we can hear them answer, but they cannot hear us. The same issue occurs using WiFi and 4g/5g. But when we are out of the area and using mobile transmitter, we have no issue. We can communicate ok with a landline, so clearly it's a mobile issue. My wife and I have different Samsung phones with same issue. We are at a loss with ideas.

Hi, my partner ordered a new phone for our daughter, same number, 100GB data. Next day he cancelled it and I ordered her one with a new number and unlimited data. The phone arrived and has the old number, and when we activated it, my partner, not me, got an email. The bill is for the amount he was to pay on the order he cancelled, still has the old number that he cancelled but somehow his plan is now unlimited data, which is what I ordered! His plan was £27 for 100GB but is now saying £27 unlimited. I have spent 2 hours on the live chat and they can't see a problem and Carphone warehouse are saying that my order number was delivered.  So, basically, correct model of phone, wrong number,associated with wrong person. We are both paying for one phone! This is complicated I know, but can anyone advise?

has anyone ever got connected to internet roaming in romania? i have not been able to yet i can do so on same phone if use other esim from different company. i have turned off auto network and used same network with both esims but only the other number works

I have an iPhone 16 that does not take or make phone calls. It’s been going on for months. My settings are the same as others in my household. Can anyone help? iD have been useless! 

I was in the process of trying to get my phone to send text messages and now I’ve deleted my eSIM. How can I get it back onto my phone? 

Contract ends 28 September would like to go to a sim only what is the procedure without getting stung for another months rental

After countless emails back and forth with the gift cloud team we are still outstanding one of two gift vouchers due after 2 family members signed up for ID mobile SIM cards.Last week (end August) one of the vouchers finally arrived (we signed up on 11 March) and since then the gift cloud team are not replying to our messages.  How can one of the vouchers be finally sorted and the other not?  We have supplied all the relevant information required for both. To reiterate: we are still outstanding a second gift voucher as per the terms and conditions of the purchase we made back in March of this year, over 5 months ago. Please can someone sort this ASAP?  This is not endearing us to stay with ID mobile. We shouldn't have to spend this much time waiting for what we signed up for. Thank you  

ID cancelled my direct debit and now they have accidentally blocked themselves from ever collecting a direct debit payment again.My issue is currently with the Curry’s CEO team but they are still totally clue less how to fix it, only saying I need to provide a new bank account to fix THIER mistake 🤣🤦‍♂️I’m currently in the process of making a complaint to the regulator to fine ID for their absurd financial policies, blocking their own customers and charging them extra to manually pay.If this has happened to you also, please let me know so I can get you in touch with the regulator for compensation.

My new apple phone is not working, I have tried everything and it will not log into an apple account, I am absolutely fed up and would like to cancel the new contract and return the phone 

I’m on a standard monthly plan with 30GB of data atm and just found out I can get double the amount of data through uswitch. I know you cannot port your number within the same network, so just wondering if there’s any other way to get on the new plan while keeping my old number?

Samsung isn't accepting the ID invoice for my new S24.  This is required to claim the Chromebook.The invoice is meant to contain four items:Name of company Product name Amount paid for item DateNumbers 1 & 4 are there but 2 & 3 are not very clear on the invoice.  I suspect these are the issue, but Samsung is only telling me something is missing, not what is missing.Can I get a better invoice?

I am hoping someone can help, I can’t get anywhere with the chat bot-it doesn’t recognise what my issue is.I transferred from vodaphone (this will be my 3rd plan with ID mobile) using PAC code as wanted to keep existing number. Unfortunately number has transferred over to existing plan-rather than new plan. both numbers have been switched from vodaphone-both numbers belong to my children. Original plan (son number 1) has lost his number as it’s been replaced by number 2 sons-today. Number 1 son has new number instead of keeping his old one. Help! 

I ordered an eSIM for a second handset but the QR code simply went to a Thales webpage i got a text message yesterday saying my sim activation is in progress and I’d get a text once complete but I haven’t heard anything what should I do? Any advice welcome
