For the last few months, my coverage at home in East Lothian, Scotland, and out-and-about in East Lothian and Edinburgh, has become worse. For the last month now, whenever I check Three’s network coverage page, it has said:“We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.” Can ID Mobile (perhaps in conjunction with Three) advise when this issue will be fixed? It is becoming more and more difficult to justify staying on a Three network, and while I don’t want to leave ID Mobile, that is likely what I’ll have to do if this is not resolved soon as I can’t afford to be left without a signal. Many thanks,Alex

I have recently used a PAC code to transfer my number from Vodafone.While the phone number itself seems to have transferred, the voicemail when my number is called is still being diverted to Vodafone.Can you help?

My phone does a 4g connection but no Internet is available, currently in postcode PE36 6HW. But I have problems almost everywhere and found the coverage to be very poor. Why is there no Internet?Mark 

I can't see 'sim.only' in the plan change options on my app. My pay monthly contract is about to expire on 11 Sep... but when I go to look at upgrade options in the app... it only shows more mobile phone deals. How do I upgrade to sim only???

Hitrying to activate the 3 month apple music offer but the link i recieved via email states UID missing or incorrect

I requested a PAC as I switched to O2. I gave them the wrong number, one digit in front of the other. So my numbers switched to an incorrect number. O2 says I need a new PAC from ID, texting PAC to 65075 gives me an 02 error as it’s obviously synced to a wrong number. How can I get ANOTHER PAC from ID? 02 need it to change the correct number to my account

I am trying to call Spain, but getting message saying "You have reached your capped limit". My plan says I can make this call subject to an extra charge. But it is not letting me make the call, and it is not telling me how to do it. I cannot see any setting I can change to allow it. Please help

I used an ESIM in Mauritius. Have now come to Reunion (France) and deleted my temporary ESIM. Went to turn on my normal SIM again but it's nowhere to be found. So now I have no signal/data. My phone is showing no option to turn on SIM or turn on data roaming.  Have tried rebooting. Tried searching all networks. As mentioned, deleted ESIM too.  How can I urgently resolve this please?? Any help would be appreciated! 

Today is the day that my number has ported over from the old network and I realise I've been set up on the wrong tariff. I would like to change it please as its not within my budget. 

Bad signal and on 4G since yesterday. Now no internet data at all and call signal on one bar—we have no landline! Not since it went digital and we have WiFi of 11mbps on a good day.  What are we supposed to do? Hubby on Three network and I’m with ID—hadn’t realised in time they use the Three network. Ugh.  Of course, being unwell and only just discovering this major down issue—Four Whole Days in June and zero info or updates. They blamed merger with Vodafone on one complaint call I made—the chat line had closed just seconds before I realised I need to get hold of them.  Seems this is, yet again, an issue affecting much of the UK. The sooner I can leave anything to do with Three the better.  Appalling customer service every time in my experience and even worse signal and internet! Enough is enough. Rant over. Hello I have a iPhone 14 from ID Mobile and transferred from Vodafone, keeping my number.And I performed the transfer for my number which I thought was successful.And if someone calls my number it works, but txt messages and on my phones mobile settings it still has the temp id mobile number.I have tried to manually updated it and this will not let me save the changes.I have also tried switching facetime on and off again, which didnt help.And I have logged out my apple id and relogged in and still no success. Does anyone know how to correct the mobile number on the phones configuration? Thanks in advance

when I try to logon all I get is a message telling me that there are no details for this account, I have tried the chatbot but to no avail. So frustrating that you cannot get a straight answer anywhere in ID, I have had this issue for months now and still not sorted. 

Hi I’ve received a call from this number 0141 479 0159 claiming they are from Carphone warehouse and they went through my security information about my contract ending, luckily I didn’t continue the conversation and the guy said something that didn’t make any sense and I had to pause and look up the number and notice it’s reported as Phone Scam but wasn’t too sure as he had all my information.  So is this scam or is ID mobile ? 

For the last few months I seem to have no coverage inside my house (in London!). It shows as 2 bars but if I try to make a call it doesn’t go through and incoming calls go through to voicemail. I have wifi calling enabled but that doesn’t seem to work either. It has been saying “we are working on your network at the moment” for the last few months under network status! I work from home so this is becoming a nightmare. Any advise on how I can actually speak to someone about this and get it resolved. I feel frustrated as tied into my contract until mid next year but am not being provided the service I pay for! 

Hi, my ID contract ends on 10/9 and I can't find any info about how to cancel and move to a new provider. If I click 'leave ID' on my app I get an error messages have also tried using the search function here and just get zero results. Can anyone help? I want to port my number elsewhere also

I have had no network connection all day, no internet connection, 1 bar 4g but saying emergency calls only. Only working when connected to wifi. There are no reported issues nearby, im in KA6 Ayr postcode. Whats happening?

Can I place an order over the phone? tried doing online, got to payment stage but not asking for PAC code also need to delay transfer date. 

Iphone 16. New handset and contract moving from esim on o2, meant to receive physical sim from id, it never arrived so stayed connected to o2 until i got a replacement Sim from Currys.  Started porting process which email confirms completed on Friday however no access to anything on the new handest. When trying to activate the replacement sim (from Currys) website wont recognise the tel number that came with the handset or the number I want to bring to ID. The service from my old provider has stopped but I dont know how to get service from id? 

I have moved abroad and my IDMobile account is no longer useful. I took the sim out of my phone, and lost it. I have never used an online account, just paid every month and all was fine.I want to cancel the monthly sim plan, but I need an online account - which I can’t set up without a code sent to the sim that I no longer have.How do I cancel? I have already paid for 5 months for something I can’t use.

My motorhome needs a physical SIM card. Upon receiving it, i need to have it ‘approved’ by idmobile via a text to a phone, with the SIM card in the phone. My phones only have eSIMs. I have no phones or iPads, etc which will take the physical sim. How else can I ensure that idmobile enables the SIM card?
