I receive certain text messages but I am trying to receive a validation code but it is not coming through do t know why

Bringing additional existing number to you when I already have an account and number with youI am already registered with ID mobile with an ID mobile number my wife uses.I have the new ID sim card been delivered today & will input the PAC code Monday.Can I leave the new sim card out the phone as I can't afford to be without phone calls for a long time? And then I presume I will know when the new sim card with my existing number is active, as the old sim card will stop working?Can I then add this number (my old number with EE for 30 years) to the ID account I already have? As I've heard on these forums people struggle adding their existing number to an account they already have with ID mobile.ie. I don't want to add the number that came with the SIM to the ID mobile account now do I?Will I then see both numbers under the one account?Will I then get two lots of £7 go out the bank on different dates?Or can I get one

Why can’t I log into my ID Mobile account?

Title gets most out the way. For context I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I got a few weeks ago. This is from transferring a number from GiffGaff.I’ve done every method to try and receive texts and calls. It was working a few days ago. But then suddenly iMessage wouldn’t sign in properly. Now I’m locked out of my main Apple account and I am using a backup, I will have to perform a recovery. I’ve replace the sim, I’ve toyed around with every setting in my phone. My number will not verify, and didn’t before the reset of my phone. I’ve reset the Network settings numerous times. I’ve put the sim in an Android phone, so it isn’t the iPhone causing this. And I can only receive texts and calls off people on the iD Network too. I have no content restrictions on my account.The agent on the helpline couldn’t phone due to working off a landline number. So I’m in the dark here. I have a ticket running with the service desk. But have been told to wait 2 days, twice now.

I've just ordered a new handset and ID mobile plan from carphone warehouse , requested a PAC and have been told it's not possible as ID don't do internal umber transfers.What a totally ridiculous policy , I assume it's to pretty much force anyone that wants to keep their number and existing ID plan arrangements to only be able  to upgrade with ID…I'll wait to see what options are available on the 22nd of Feb ( upgrade day) and go from there , I have a sneaky feeling the combined upgrade on like for like deal from Carphone Warehouse will cost more from ID If this is the case I will be looking elsewhere for a deal, even if it costs a little more, I'll do it out of principal, I'll also be doing it with another plan on my account in a few months time… Come on ​@iD Mobile sort this out , it's a bonkers way of working

Since I have joined ID mobiles, my text messages always show an error sign and don’t always go through. I also don’t receive all text messages either. My main issue is I can’t seem to receive important text messages such as appointments and codes. I have regular health appointments that are texted to me and they are not coming through. I also have one time codes sent to my number but they are not coming through. For example, I can’t access my work emails now because the one time code to log in is not coming through. This is vital for me whilst I’m on call for a children’s home. I need to have access to my emails in case of emergency information. I can see through community messages that this is a problem for many people. I have never had such an issue with any network before. I have been paying for this contract and not being able to use the unlimited texts that I am paying for and don’t believe this is fair at all. I have tried to reset the network in se

Three’s Network down for two days—last time was four & no updates! I’m housebound, very unwell, and dependent upon an internet connection. Home WiFi is hopeless at 11mbps at best. I NEED the mobile data. That’s the whole point of buying it.These outages are happening too frequently and I’ve had loads of websites I can’t access on your network due to Three. Hubby is a Three customer and he’s having website access issues too.I raised a second complaint on 8/7/2025 and STILL have not heard back.I need to be allowed to leave contract without fees so I can find a more reliable service.  Intermittent phone service and no internet service are no joke. Please help ASAP. And before you ask the usual—it’s not my network settings or phone but the network. You could at least offer a timeframe. This is dangerous and appalling.

I've been with ID for a few months and everything had been great. But its now been over 8weeks since my issues first began. It started with losing data and signal which meant I couldn't make or recieve any calls. This was the point where turning my phone off and back on fixed it. Now I lose signal every other minute and the quality of my calls are really poor (either I can't hear the person or they can't hear me or it's crackly) even when I am home (where the signal was absolutely fine) I can't get any signal. I really don't want to leave ID as it's such a competitive price and the benefits are really good (such as the data rollover) however if this isn't resolved I will need to look elsewhere. It's been months and I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I can't use my phone for even the basics. Device: S22 UltraPostcode: BA1

Can ID mobile provide my IMEI code?The code is needed to process an insurance claim.My phone is broken and I am unable to read the number from the box as a label has been stuck over it!The original phone invoice from the supplier does not have the IMEI code on it.Thanks

Got a. New phone , changed from EE to ID I have no signal, can’t send or receive phone call or messages. in settings ID doesn’t even come up as a network?any advice would be great please. Thanks

Today I have upgraded my phone and contract to the Samsung s25+ with a magnetic case went through all the process and paid the money has been processed on my bank however I have received no emails and every time I log on to my account it keeps saying I am able to upgrade I dont want to go through the process again and fork out more money then fight to get a refund please can anyone advise on what I can do

The iD phone number is shown on the email direct debit email instead of mine. I have found it impossible to correct using any of the current channels available. I therefore need someone at iD to intervene and correct the error before changeover on Monday. 

Trying to set up id mobile app but cannot as verification code is not being received due to text message issue following switch over.    Any ideas?

Over the last 3 months we have noted that calls are being missed without the phone ringing. Generally poor reception at all times, but just enough for mobile calling to not work correctly.Has anyone else experienced the same issues?It's by just me, my partner is also on id mobile and we are having the exact same issues.Postcode is sk4, but it seems the same wherever we are..Are we isolated incidents or is there more of an issue?My renewal is in a week and have no choice but to leave I'd mobile if not resolved.

I will reach the limit of 63 days roaming in 4 a month period before the end of my next holiday.Does a new contract put the fair usage policy back to day one, or do I need to move to Lebara?I can find lots of answers about how many GB I can use abroad but none about this. Thanks!

Am on ID contract keep getting prank calls and calls me 3/5 times a day. When I google there number it shows me it’s harassment. So would like a new number and be able to block withheld numbers if that’s possible?regards A McKay

Hi team,I referred a friend for a 24-month contract in December 2024 using the official referral link, and they joined straight away. However, I haven’t seen any confirmation or reference to this referral on either the Klarna or iD Mobile site.It’s unclear whether either of us will actually receive the promised reward, and I’m now hesitant to refer anyone else under the scheme. I currently have another friend ready to sign up, but I’d like clarification on how this process is tracked and when rewards are issued before moving forward.Could you please confirm: How are referrals tracked, and where can I view the status? Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited)  Thank you
