Just relocated from the US to UK. Bought a SIM (because I had to buy the phone outright as didn’t have much UK credit) so I’m only on a monthly contract, but things have been so awful, right from the beginning.I’m on an iPhone and I still have my US one, with my US number. I did a data transfer (as is recommended when purchasing a new iPhone).Now I get texts on both phones, but I can’t send SMS from my new phone; I can only text other people on iPhones.I also can’t send images.I also can’t call foreign numbers (which is annoying, as my business is in the States!)AND, when I try and download the ID Mobile app, it says it’s not available in my location… Which is Warwickshire. Obviously nobody works at ID Mobile, I had the most infuriatingly pointless experience with that chatbot, but if there’s an actual customer who knows how to navigate this nonsense, and/or can recommend a better platform I can switch carriers to, please help. How do I find out if wi fi calling is enabled on my account.  Under connections there is no mention of wi fi calling.  I have a samsung a55

Been using the same phone and sim for an over a year but in the last couple of weeks my mobile data just isn’t working. It’s showing as having full strength 4g but won’t load anything. The coverage says excellent coverage in my area too

Has anyone has issue with the PAC and changing it over? I’ve been given the pac number and put all info in but says it’s unsuccessful?  not sure what to do as I don’t want to be charged from 2 networks and my number be lost once switched my sims over? 

Over the past few weeks, I have been attempting to obtain assistance from the agents through the chat, but unfortunately, their efforts have been largely unsuccessful. Despite their insistence that everything is in order, both my partner and I are unable to make or receive calls. I have engaged with Apple, who conducted tests on both our devices (16 Pro Max) both remotely and in-store, and were unable to identify any hardware or software issues. Apple suggested that we consider using an eSIM instead of a physical SIM, as they are often more reliable. I attempted to obtain an eSIM through the app, which appeared to be a relatively straightforward process. However, none of the eSIMs were activated. Hello everyone, New to ID and currently roaming,  what's the best way to see how much roaming data I've used?My previous provider's app showed detailed calls and data usage, but I can't find a similar function in ID app.So, how can I tell how much roaming data I've used / still have. Cheers. 

I’ve checked this thread and tried all the suggestions but wifi calling is still not working for me.I have another id mobile iphone and that is working fine. I switch on airplane mode and switch on wifi to force the phone to use wifi calling and it works just fine. However, on the first if mobile iphone I cannot get wifi calling to work. This is a relatively new id mobile account / sim and I don’t think it has ever worked. One difference I can think of is that it is using a esim so I don’t know if that has something to do with the problem. It seems that the phone *thinks* is has wifi calling set up. You dial a number and it calls as normal but does not ring. After about 20s saying calling it says ‘call failed’.

What happens if i make a payment via the website and have a credit? Will the direct debit continue to be taken?

Recently joined ID. I’m not receiving all text messages, sometimes they arrive after 2 days, now it says message send failure. Everything else works just text messages. I did transfer my old number over from Tesco. I notice when I check in My Number it still has ID phone number and not mine? Tried to change but it won’t save??

Think have toggled the adult content filter to off yet I’m still unable toaccess any sites that need to be over 18. Any ideas please. Was fine yesterday.

I am unable to follow the instructions to activate my replacement SIM. I am asked if I have an ID account. If I say yes a code text is sent to my phone number to enter before I can proceed, but I can’t see this because I can’t view my texts without a working SIM. If I say no then I am told there is a problem and I am unable to proceed. How do I escape this loop and activate my SIM. Thank you.

My phone is stating ‘no sim’i have updated my phone, I have removed the sim to gently wipe and restarted the phone, nothing is working 

anybody else in the suffolk, mildenhall, Beck Row area have no mobile data, signal ? Mine dropped out yesterday and hasn't returned, checked status here on ID mobile says network issues. Anybody any ideas ? 

Hello, Anyone have a clue what is going on with this. I have bought roaming in the country I am in. I have enabled roaming on my phone setting and also enabled roaming on my ID app. And yet I have no internet connection. I paid £35 for roaming 20GB so this I kinda disappointing if this doesn't work 

We paid for additional roaming for Turkey. £20 for 10gb but we could not get this to work so therefore not used it. The £20 is on for the next bill but we need this taking off.

Hello, tonight, I was sent an email that I believe is a scam, using your company’s details to request money. the account number they have used is the same as my mobile phone number. I haven’t been with ID mobile since May and was on a rolling pay monthly contract so have no outstanding charges as this email suggests. I can provide a screenshot of the email if need be

UK line appears on my bill for £20.83 + vat what is this for?This charge has appeaered to cover for a whole month before the upgade of the plan.Previous plan was £6/mth inc vat, upgraded to £18/mth inc vat feels like i am being fined for taking an upgrade.The current month is showing the correct figure £18I understand the credit for 14 days and the prorata charge for 45days.

Hi. Not sure why but if I use my PAYG number I'm being charged to my Monthly number.I've been charged for premium rate text messages which should of come out of my PAYG account.I have switched the dual sim when using PAYG so not sure what's going on. Any help please. Thanks.
