Cannot make and receive calls I recently switched from Lebara to iD Mobile, and I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A9. I can access the internet and send/receive messages without any issues, but I’m unable to make or receive phone calls. However, when I insert my iD Mobile SIM card into an iPhone SE, iPhone 12, or iPhone 14, everything works perfectly, including making and receiving calls, sending/receiving messages, and using mobile data. My husband also uses iD Mobile. When he inserts his SIM card into my Samsung phone, he experiences the same issue, can use the internet and send/receive messages, but cannot make or receive calls. I also tried inserting a Lebara SIM card into my Samsung phone, and everything works fine, including calling, messaging, and using the internet. How can I resolve this issue?
