Hi so i followed all the instructions to do my switch and when i got to the selecting a date i chose the 19th of december but then i wanted to change the date and so i went back on the page and now when i re enter my details its says sorry please try again later 

Hi. I used qr code in my phone and now I want to load it in my other phone but eSIM details not working. When I wanted to get new eSIM details throughout automatic order it’s asking me to give sms code which was sent to the number which I can not use due to can’t load this eSIM.

Is it possible for ID Mobile to retrieve a deleted voice message?  It was recorded on my cellphone in late September/early October and I simply forgot to save it.  My phone also generated a transcript - not very accurate - but it would be great if I could retrieve this too.Why do I need it? The message came from a company confirming that I was entitled to a (free) household repair and that a date for that would be provided soon.  However, in chasing it up they now claim not to have actioned the repair and have no knowledge of the voice message. 

If I increase my data to a higher package will I be held to term? 

Nearly 3 weeks after porting my number I still can’t use RCS chats.  It is showing my new number but the status is stuck in “Setting up...”  I believe the problem may be due to the fact that the number is still linked by Google to my old EE SIM, even though it is no longer provisioned.  I have an iD e-SIM, so for a period before porting I had both SIMs working, and during that time RCS chats moved to my temporary iD number.  I have since successfully got RCS to forget that number but now it doesn’t work at all.  (RCS Chats does connect if I re-enable my old SIM, but that is no good since, as I said, that SIM is no longer provisioned.)I have tried every suggestion I can find, including:Clearing cache and storage for Carrier Services and App, including turning WiFi and mobile data off and on in various orders Disabling RCS chat through the Google website Uninstalling updates to Messages app Just waiting for several days Etc.

I have just taken a contract with ID mobile from Vodafone.  When does the SIM arrive and do I need to order this separately or does it just arrive automatically?  I put the PAC code in at point of sale to transfer over my number from Vodafone. Also trying to set up an account with ID mobile and the app but it is sending a verification to the iD mobile mobile number that I have been allocated and not to the vodafone mobile number that i want to keep.  The ID mobile number is not yet active as the phone is not active as i dont have a SIM so how can I set up an account>Going round in circles

Hi id mobile i would like to change my number as im getting nuisance calls from people that i dont know or have anything to do with ive tried blocking them but they just call me from other people's numbers which i also keep blocking i would also like my new number to include a 666 digit in my number if thats possible regards Mr Kevin Hartley 🙂 

My handset delivery was failed once and then on the DPD tracking it says my handset has been returned to Currys. I have tried to use the chat bot and the automated phone line to get answers but no joy. Still haven't managed to get through to a customer service agent but was wondering if anyone has had this experience and could shed some light on the issue. DPD says to contact ID but no luck so far. Any help appreciated.

Hello there, I would like to ask you why iD mobile has not removed my negative credit score for a year despite many contacts been made by myself and Experian?Fraud happened in October 2024. Someone used my bank details to set up direct debit. I let the company known when I had received a bill.

Dear SirsI have got a question about iD mobile receiving SMS in a country outside the roam free zone like China. Is it free to receive SMS in China? Hi, my wife and daughter both transferred to ID earlier in the year. My wife transferred successfully and number was transferred ok. My daughter moved a month later and her number seemed to replace my wife’s number and my wife’s number no longer seems to exist. For WhatsApp and Snapchat there is no issue but for any text or calls outside of those apps we have a lot of trouble. Calls and texts to my daughter go to my wife’s phone, including hospital appointments, and calls to my wife just come back as non existent number. Can you help sort out please?

I am trying to keep my old phone number and I put the correct PAC code in which is still working and hasn’t ran out then the correct number it takes me too a page to choose a date it doesn’t let me click on any date or type any date I want hasn’t worked many days in a row

Hi, How do I transfer my old PAC code to my replace my new (unwanted) ID mobile number?

They are ‘fixing’ the problem in your area. Been the same for three days - Ridiculous! Anyone from IDM able to tell me and others when this will be resolved? I’m bored of checking the website for the same pointless message.Area relating to West Sussex. 

I have had enough. The ID/3 "unlimited"  internet service has deteriorated so much that I am going  back to using EE. Initially the ID download speed was great, around 35Mbs to 60Mbs.Over the last 2 or 3 months it has gradually become so slow that it is almost impossible to watch videos or TV. Last night it took over a minute to download a 1 small JPG. The speed check gives results from 460KPS yes KPS, with the occasional random excursion up to 12MPS.  My old copper wire broadband gave a consistent 12 to 18MPS.3 and EE use the same cell tower near me.  I still have the same full bars of signal. I have tried Pixel and Samsung phones as well as a 4G lte router which all give similar slow results. I put my partners EE sim in the same phones and router and using the same cell tower got 48MBS to 62MBS. I know that ID don't throttle the speed because they said so. The only alternative must be their faulty equipment or software. Fortunately, I am on a 1 month contract

Hi, I'm trying to change the email associated with my ID mobile account, but the system needs to send a text with a code to my phone number. My problem is, I do not have a phone for the number as the SIM is used for data only in a router. Is there another way to request a code e.g. to my original email address then another to my new email. I cannot plug the SIM into a phone easily as the router is 70 miles away. Cheers Ken 

If anyone from ID could please reply and help with an apparent issue with my upgrade, I'd appreciate it. The live chat was worse than useless and simply took up more time which I really don't have to spare. 

My 24 month contract has just passed it’s 24 month.I’m not ready to upgrade or change my phone yet.If I change my plan to one of the listed available plans, is this going to be on a monthly rolling contract?I don’t want to be locked in to a long term contract until I’m ready to upgrade my phone! Thanks   

end of contract , hi ive had a year contract and is comming to the end. ive been asked either to stay , or upgrage. if i stay, will it remain on montly bases , or will roll on to another year . due to work commitment i would prefer monthly, not yearly. my current one is all inclusive £15. cheers 

Hi I have had problems since August I believe since the mast down and no time frame when this will be fixed. I can’t receive calls it just says call failed I see satalite instead of signal bars I also get failed to send on messages, I have recieved a text to say it’s been resolved but it has not I need to end this contract as you are not providing a service you suppose to provide I receive miss calls all the time as no one gets through it goes straight to a text missed call it’s ridiculous. Support team may have tried to phone but I can’t get through to anyone.so you would need to email for response as what you are going to do, the only thing that is working is taking my mo ey out of my account.
