When i get my pac number from my old provider how do i set it up with id 

Hello. I may have binned my sim card accidentally before I had chance to register the card. The ID number is { REMOVED }. How do I go about getting a replacement? Do I request it via mobile.com or directly with ID? 

Hi my Iphone 7 Plus texts are not coming through immediately or not at all. I had a couple of months ago sending texts saying ‘not delivered’ yet they were getting through.I don’t use texts very much so don’t know how long this has been going on. Texts yesterday from ebay and my credit card OTP weren’t coming through. Although when i got a household member to text me today it came through (not straight away) along with a couple of older messages I hadn’t received.Whatsapp seems to be working ok but messages may be slow. My Iphone is old so wont update to Apple version 16 (I’m stuck on 15) don’t know if this is causing it.I’ve tried turning phone on and off but doesn’t seem to work. Any help appreciated.Regards 

Hiim unable to receive verification calls, ie automated call checks from banks. I’ve checked my settings (iPhone 16 pro) and can’t see any issue. Can you help?Thanks

I understand that billing is “one month in advance” however why have I been billed for the whole of July 25 when my existing (Spusu) contract changeover date was the 29th July 25? ( Note I originally asked to change to ID on the 2nd July but remained with Spusu until the 29th)

Hello.  I recently queried a bill with ID mobile and shortly after I received a phone call from a mobile number stating there was an issue with the SIM card (reason why my bill was high) and a new one will be posted, I was advised to cancel my direct debit and also offered an upgrade in contract/phone. The call knew I had queried my bill, knew my phone number and email address. I stupidly gave my bank details to them, however a phone and SIM card was sent to my address. I received another phone call stating the wrong phone had been sent and was asked to return it. However they had already taken a £26.53 ‘deposit’ , which would be deducted from my next bill. This has been reported to Action Fraud who I have just spoken with. They have advised me to contact you and report this as the phone call I received related to the question I asked ON THIS APP. I recently set up a pay monthly SIM card with iD mobile, intending to begin using it once my current phone contract ended on the 24th of July.  However, I’ve encountered multiple issues and am extremely disappointed with the service so far.Despite several attempts, I’ve been unable to access or set up my iD Mobile account. Each time I try, it states that a verification code will be sent to my email address—but I have never received one. I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders thoroughly, but nothing has arrived.I also attempted to get help via email, only to be told that no one monitors the inbox. As a last resort, I reached out to your team on Instagram and was provided with a customer service number. I have been looking at the upgrade options and it seems that every available plan I look at is listed multiple times at different price points. Why is this? There are no differences at all in handset, allowances or contract term, but they all seem to have 2 or 3 listings that get progressively more expensive. What am I missing?

My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates? I don’t want to get into verbal discussions as I have an hearing issue which is not helped by speaking to someone with a strong accentP.S.  Generally available deals seem to be better by just starting again as opposed to “upgrading” which is oddMany thanks

I joined idmobile over a month ago. I transferred my old number but was also given an e-sim. I am unable to make calls using my primary number so I have to keep switching to mobile data. I cannot make calls or send messages unless I keep switching between primary & mobile data. My primary number & mobile data number are both the same ! Any ideas ??

Hi Iv logged into the ID mobile app and its not showing my phone no or current plan. It only shows my previous disconnected no (from a identify fraud scam.) My phone is working ok at the mo. Can you confirm my phone no and plan are all okThanks Paul S

Attended download festival this year and had no signal for 3 days. Fine at hotel in Nottingham. However ever since going with ID I have to use WiFi calling in Dollar central Scotland where ID say the signal should be fine. Will 100% leave ID at end of my contract. Why is the service so poor?

Hi, can you help. My mobile number has not changed over from my old network but appears on the app when I login.  How can I get this fixed? 

Just got my new IPhone 16 on e sim contract after cancelling my old one and getting a new one under new and correct details and am unable to get into the app, says details aren’t recognised (something along those lines - refer to image) My new contract is E sim but from my old contract on iPhone 14 Pro Max both my new and old number still shows up yet it’s a different phone and I do not have the old sim in it’s still in my other phone, I’m wondering if the reason my details can’t be recognised is maybe my iCloud is still linked with my old phone number some how? As I can only think that’s the reason for it showing on this phone 

I have recently purchased a new sim from Idmobile, I have had no signal since a week past on Saturday (ML6 9HW). I have tried numerous different options to correct the problem but nothing seems to work, I have an IPhone, Can you please assist.Martin

 Hi for some months now my numbers been spoofed, i did put a message on the answer advising of this and if they got a call from my number to ignore it, then i switched my phone to only call numbers in my contacts, which makes it a little awkward, ive turned off the recorded message advising my numbers been spoofed, thinking by using the call only contacts option would stop it, but today i got three calls from a Indian guy who wanted to talk about his bank account, so it appears after months they are still using my number, i tried to report to the Fraud Action Line but they say they don't deal with spoofed numbers, only if money is being taken from my account, they wouldn't supply a crime reference, So im going to need to change my number before someone gets scammed using the number i have currently 

Used to have an account when I first got a contract, now accounts have changed?Have registered for new account, however when registering my number, I'm not received the text with a 6 digit code.Is there another way too verify your number, or get access to your account?
