I haven't had an update text to show roaming charges

I ordered an upgrade, DPD contacted me on the delivery day to say it was arriving, then to say delayed, then again to say there is an unexpected issue, and then nothing. Can you please contact DPD to find out where my phone is as their site appears not to give any options to find out where my delivery is. Many thanks, David.

i’m not getting verification codes through to my phone number which has been transferred over from another provider 

I have just made the switch from EE to iD mobile. I opted to keep my number from my previous network provider using my PAC number to switch but have just received a text from iD with a new iD mobile number. I still really want to keep my previous number- how can I go about resolving this please?

Hi all, This is more of an issue for my father but he’s not great with technology. He recently took out a second contract (first one was with EE new one is with ID) which is an eSim. He did this due to him working in various places and wanting the best chance at getting a signal for calls. The signal where he is is almost non-existent on the ID sim which he’s had for maybe 4-5 days and he wants to cancel the monthly rolling contract. When he goes to do so it states he has to pay a fee of £11 (his contract is £6/m) and he’s not too sure why this is. Any help is appreciated!Dan.

Is the system down again. I couldn't make or receive calls yesterday, In evening it came back and now it's back to not taking incoming and outgoing calls.

Ive been using this network for just over a month, and i can say without a doubt its the worst network i have ever used. Im consistantly getting below 1mbps data speeds regardless of where i am or what time it is. My job consists of mainly driving for 9-10 hours a day so even hundreds of miles around the country at any time my data speeds are sickening. It interferes with my job as i use google maps to navigate my journey, i have complained so many times about this and still no one has done anything to help. They sent me a new sim card as “that may be the problem” when it obviously isnt, then they say “oh its because a mast is faulty and needs fixing”, despite me being 300+ miles away from that location, then they come up with, “oh its just congestion”. I highly doubt there is congestion across the entire of the country. Its so infuriating having to pay and deal with my service being this tragic. Avoid this network at all costs, it is not worth it.

I have literally arrived in Morocco, turned my phone back on whilst sitting on the plane and have received a message to say I’m being charged £46 as used up my allowance. How can this be when I’ve literally just turned my phone on???

I paid my final bill £37.03 but £2 missed payment showing on my credit report, why? I've paid £2 today (even though I don't owe it) as this is having a serious negative impact on my credit report.Telephone is just an automated service, live chat is a bot, how on earth am I to get this issue resolved??

Hi, phonecalls won't come through to my phone for the last 2 days. I think there was an update just before that. I can make calls, and can send and receive texts.When someone calls it says something like 'conditional forwarding ' on their phone, but it doesn't connect to my or my answerphone.Any suggestions?Thanks

Hi.I have gone abroad to Spain and my SIM is suddenly no longer working.How do check ID Mobile has not deactivated the SIM is some way?I don't have the SIM activated against the ID app so I can't see it's status. When I try and activate the app it sends an SMS that i can't receive. A bit stuck, any advice?  

I have a SIM only plan and previous couldn't use  picture messages in normal text messaging because it wasn't included in the plan. I've received a SMS picture message today. (Google text messages).Will this be charged ??

As the title suggests. I ordered an eSIM (£18pm Unlimited data) about 45 minutes ago but I haven’t received any emails confirming the order. Did the order go through?
