I pay for unlimited data text and phone calls about £32 every month. I ve noticed of late a big jump from £32 to £54 I have no idea why can’t someone tell give me the contact number of id mobile so I can sort this out

You have cancelled my duplicate order 141066572  but I do not have the original order number, can you please send confirmation of the original order and when will I receive it.

I am new and moved my old number to ID mobile. I keep getting no service and phone calls are interrupted. It works fine for a couple of days then back to normal service again, although it doesn't stay long but quite annoying specifically I changed to this expecting a better service. Any help or advice plz. 

My sim has not been working for the last three days

Recently took out an ID mobile contract after 10 years with Tesco mobile. I have next to no reception in Edinburgh city centre, voice calls cut off and when using WhatsApp also poor. Is anyone else seen this? Very surprised and disappointed.

Hi,  for weeks now as soon as I leave my house and disconnect from my home WI-FI, my phone reception states I have a health service of 4G however if I try to use any internet data it dosent work in the slightest. I have tried resetting phone, trying sim on a new phone and still nothing. The only time my data seems to work is when I leave my home town.  area is C010when running a status checker via ID mobile it comes up with this  “We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.” What’s the point in paying for a service if you can’t use it.  anyone else experiencing or experienced a similar issue, and if so how or what did you do?

Hi, has anyone successfully downgraded their plan to a cheaper one and if so, how did they do it?I’m currently paying £8 per month and have around 8 months left on my 12 months contract. I’m sick of poor coverage, slow speeds and calls not connecting or dropping. So I’d like to leave but begrudge paying for 8 months at full price that I don’t want. Other networks seem to have plans from £3/£4 per month but not iD. When I check other plan options, it’s only possible to upgrade, not drop it and then leave. I realise if anyone has managed this, they’re unlikely to be here to help but you never know. Thanks 

My old plan with my old provider had a 64GB limit..my new ID Mobile is 120GB but my storage under settings still says I have 64GB…why?!

ESim activating…  is what it tells me in settings, but the wheel of death keeps on spinning. Any fixes? (have tried the off and on again trick to no avail!)

Joined ID mobile in March direct debit set up and taken from my account with no issues in april (req 1st of each month) no direct debit taken 1st may, and bill has just come through for double the amount due June. Direct debit is set up and working,  just no payments have been requested to be taken. Not ideal for a new customer! Any advice or how do I contact customer services?

Hello,I recently switched to ID Mobile and am using an esim. I am finding intermittent Internet connectivity issues, particularly when my phone switches from 5g to 4g.At times to get the Internet working I have to either turn off and turn on data back on, switch to another sim and back or flight mode and back.Anyone else experienced this kind of issue? I have requested a physical sim to see if that resolves my issues.I am using a compatible phone, Samsung S24 Ultra.Thanks,

UK WalesActive Firefighter missing alertsOnly realised when i was supposed to have a doctors call come through at 2pm but they could not...had to reschedule a month in advance...What is going on and why have we not been alerted or told its down and when it will be fixed? 

I bought my current phone from Mobiles.co.uk on ID network. Got upgrade message from ID but the Iphone 13 is around £31 a month. Found the same phone on mobiles.co.uk for £22 on the ID network. Can I just get the new phone from mobiles.co.uk amd put my old SIM in ? 

I bought an iD Mobile contract through Mobiles.co.uk. I’m receiving extremely poor signal and speeds of just 1.8 Mbps in my area (N18 2TS), which makes the service unusable.i have 12 months contract in my 2nd month multiple calls to ID nothing works got 2 replacement sim please help

Why am I only getting a few phones as upgrade options but if I go in as if a new customer the full lists of phones are available to purchase?I might have to go to a different service provider if it's the case that some phones are not available as an upgrade option 

Morning,I used a PAC code to switch my number onto ID. I got the text to say that I had been switched but I don't have any signal, I can only make emergency calls. I have been in Bristol and Manchester over this period so I'm assuming that it can't be a coverage issue.I've turned my phone on and off many times and reset mobile network settings. No success though... I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas?Many thanks,Guy

Hi since moving over to ID mobile I have not been able to send any sms text messages, everything else is working just not sms. after reading the community comments I have followed them but have not been able to change my phone number  can you advise what to do please?   thank you 

iPhone 11Today cannot dial 956 area but can dial 856 next door.856 just cuts off but hotel dialled themselves and their line is operational.Tried Vodafone ES and Orange ES but no joy.Reset phone etc, upped spend cap but no joy.Any pointers?ThankyouSunil 

Hi there i purchaced a new gone and gave puk code for keeping my number but my new fone is still on the number i recieved with my phone and not the number carried over from o2

Whenever I am making a call or sending a text to any number geographic or otherwise I am getting a message that my service does not allow access to this number.  Neither can I send a message. My data services are working just fine.  have tried everything on help pages inc restarting the phone. My data plan and subscriptions are all up to date and ok ,, money is also there.  please help
