I’ve just started visiting Winchester town centre on a regular basis (SO237DD). I am not getting a phone signal, my phone just shows the satellite symbol for emergencies. Outside of Winchester the signal is fine. Anybody else experienced this? My phone is a new iPhone 16e. 

I’m trying to call a number in Thailand (an airline which takes international calls) but when I do it rings for a few seconds then my service bars drop to nothing the call fails and then my service bars go back to full again. I have international calls and premium turned on for my account and I have a bill cap set up so why can’t I make international calls?

I have just done the switch today from O2 to ID, keeping my o2 number. My O2 account stopped working this morning & I put my new ID sim in turned my phone off for 10 minutes and noticed I had no service and data wasn’t working. An hour later I turned it on & off again still didn’t work, and noticed I can’t call anyone. 7 hours later my data and outbound calls still isn’t working. Any help would be much appreciated. 

I completed a coastal walk for macmillan cancer  from cromer to Holkham on may 10. It appears I've been charged international roaming fees despite never leaving the country or steppinh foot off land ! ID customer services tell me it's my fault as roamimg was on. Had I known this might happen it would have been off - how do I get refunded and is there a list of where this might happen again so I can avoid this going forward?Unfortunately I am under contract with ID or would be cancelling it as didn't realise coverage was so poor. 

Reviewed my latest bill to see an additional Rest of World roaming charge of £20.83, I haven’t even left the country since February which is very bizarre. Anyone had this problem?

I’ve just joined ID Mobile and ported my number. I can make calls, but no one can call me.

I got my bills for last month. I knew I was charged for the rest of the world roaming because by accident it connected to some USA wifi (I got Welcome to USA even tho I was in the English Channel).   But looking at the bills and statement, it charges me 25 GBP for 2.6 MB data, which is ridiculously unfair! 

I am travelling to France next week and want to know that I will be able to use my phone to navigate. I am a solo mother to a 6 year old and therefore I want to ensure that my phone will work in France and that I will be able to drive without getting lost to where I need to get to in France.  I am just a bit nervous about getting lost in France and I don’t speak good French.

I am able to receive text messages with pictures. I have a £0 cap on my SIM only contract Pictures in text messaging would not work previously. Is it a new feature of Google text messaging ? 

Switch from O2 to ID mobile did not work on the day it was supposed to despite a reset of my phone. I’m in Menorca currently.

My account is showing as owing even though I can see the payments have gone through - one a week ago so well after the 24 hours stated. What’s going on?

I traveled to France and added £10.00 worth of add-ons, but I still didn't have access to mobile data there, and I still have to pay this bill next month, and when I returned I couldn't make or receive calls or send or receive SMS, I only had the mobile data service working.

I'm only getting speeds on my MacBook Air M1 up to 270 Mbps, while on my iPhone 15 it's going up to 1020 Mbps when testing on https://www.speedtest.net.

When people are trying to contact me they are getting the default message number not recognised 

My sim isn’t working and I’m unable to request a replacement as I can’t receive a text to to confirm my identity. How do I end my contract please? This is becoming very frustrating and I need my phone! 

iPhone 14. Having problems with WiFi calling. Only working intermittently and I have to use messenger or similar where possible for outgoing calls. Everything is updated as far as I can tell. Would appreciate any help. 

I contacted ID Mobile, regarding this issue. After some very basic troubleshooting which unfortunately didn’t help, they decided to send me a replacement SIM card. The new SIM card works as well as the one it replaced, but the problem is the interior network signal strength.Public Wi-Fi is only feasible when it’s verified as being genuine and when it accepts VPN usage. Otherwise, the security concerns outweigh the benefits.Are there any options regarding improving the signal strength?Any help and advice gratefully received.

i am still having the issue of a delay on calls. This has been happening for several months now. Doesnt matter where I am or how much signal I have, the other person can't hear my voice for 3-5 seconds after I start talking and 70% of the time my calls just drop out.

Just activated a sim. All good. When phone is rung the ringing phone can hear the ring ring sound through the earpiece but the phone being rung (the phone with the id mobile sim)  does not make a sound.  Have run a check and the result is network or sim error. Any ideas?

I don’t know what has happened but my SIM card or phone has suddenly stopped reading my sim I have tried everything I can think of to try to get it to work but nothing has worked yet, I can’t receive or make calls without wifimy phone is an iPhone 15

I have been unable to receive and make calls as well as receive and send messages for four days. Only mobile data works. I would like this problem resolved as soon as possible.regards

My internet is very slow un useable ive checked my area done all those things 

Switched to iD Mobile. Kept my number. Can't make or receive calls. SIM card shows phone number as 'unknown'. SIM card appears ok when placed into another phone. My phone is a Motorola G7 Power Android 10. I've tried all the fixes I can find on this community site.Anyone had the same issue recently and fixed it?
