As title says I am unable to set up id account, My number has changed to my old one using my PAC code which the site doesn’t recognise.Now I am able to start the process using the number that came with the phone unfortunately it then says we will send a 1 time pass code to your mobile number which is the the one that came with the phone that doesn’t now exist….Going in circles here.

So iD says where I am moving too should have great 4g coverage and be perfectly capable to stream or use Internet, however, I don't even get 1 bar of signal, I cannot send or recieve calls, texts, or any notifications at all, yet when I get to the next village along its 4g and 4 bars of signal and all my notifications come through??? Any ideas why this might be? We don't have WiFi for 3 weeks in our new house and we only watch online based programmes and series etc, so being able to hot-spot from my phone that has 500gb of data should be greatly appreciated over the next few weeks! 🙏

I currently have a sim only deal at £5 a month on id mobile. I've found a deal on carphone warehouse for a Google pixel 9a phone with sim on id mobile with unlimited data, texts, and minutes at 14.99 a month and £119 upfront payment for phone that I want to take. How can I take this deal and stay with id mobile while keeping my same phone  number? I tried requesting a pacs code a but this doesn't work as I'm not changing mobile network. I would like to stay with id mobile on this new deal and phone but also keep my number. The equivalent deal as an upgrade on the id mobile app is 24.99 monthly with free handset which would be £5 more per month compared to the carphone warehouse deal when including the payment of the phone. 

HiI am unable to gain access to the ID app or website as it requires a one time password to my mobile number, however i have lost the sim card and am unable to receive the code.I need to access this account as my contract is on a 30 day rollover and i have ordered a new sim card which i need access to the app to update the new sim to my old number as i need it to access other bank accounts etc i have with itPlease can you help me gain access to the ID app 

Can monthly rollover data allowance be used while roaming in the free roaming destinations? My monthly data allowance is 25GB, so I can have 50GB available for UK if I rollover 25GB from previous month. Just wanting to know if I can eat into that second 25GB.

I have activated my sons new ID sim but it’s not getting any signal 

I switched just over a week ago and sent my code to switch my old number the port was due on the 16th of this month and it still has not ported but I did notice today that my old number account (Lebara) is deactivated as it won’t let me log in or recognise my details. When is my old number coming as it has halted access to slot of important things.

its says the line is on but it says no service contact id

HiAny advice please i am using an Iphone 15 and just upgraded. Reason for upgrade is when I went to make an outgoing call the phone dials out but I get no sound- the other person is dialled but they’re is no sound either end.  The same thing happened on my old iphone.  I tried a complete reset on my old phone and thought the issue was the phone. However the new phone is doing the same thing  any idea on how to fix this please?

How long have I got left on my contract please

I have just purchased via uSwitch and idmobile a new contract as it was less expensive than the upgrade offers.I can cancel my existing ID contract but how would I retain my existing number? Pac codes are for a new network or would it work on the new contract.Worse thing is I have done this for both my wife and mine so I have two numbers to sort out. 

I have switched provider to ID mobile. I sent the PAC code in and received a text to say my number had switched to ID mobile and to restart my phone. I have restarted my phone many times since receiving this text but still cannot use my phone, except if i connect to wifi. There is a link to the text to connect to if i have issues with the phone but this connects to a generic id  website which is not helpful. Can anyone help?

I'm experiencing calls issue since 3 weeks and it's not getting better at all. This is really causing my everyday life and I am not sure from where to get help. I would rather like to switch provider immediately but I am on a contract. This experience with ID mobile is pathetic 

I've bought a 60GB monthly sim - transferred my old number but no data / calls or roaming - am going abroad tomorrow for four weeks!! 

I have an ID physical sim at the moment wich my parents pay for but I would like to start my own contract with new phone and a sim , how am I able to keep my number the same when my new phone comes , thankyou 

I have recently purchased a new phone and tried to switch over my phone number from my old sim. I received the pac code and went through the process of moving my number over. It then told me it should’ve changed by 11/7/25 and to restart my phone, I went through and did that and now I seem to have 2 phone numbers both my old one and the existing one on this sim, half the people in my contacts have a new number for me and half of them have the same number? It’s been a week or 2 now and still no change I have restarted my phone multiple times and I’m just at a bit of a loss… any ideas? 

My family are new ID mobile customers.  My son has lost his sim before it even went in the phone.  We are trying to order him a replacement on the app but the app is trying to send him a one time passcode  to access the app to his phone number which he now doesn’t have (the sim he has lost) so he can’t access the app to ask for a replacement.  How shall we proceed?

I am on the switch website, I fill in all my details and it says they are not correct. But they are, so I am not sure what to do 

I’ve been unable to make or receive calls or texts, and can’t use the internet. It’s been like this since mid afternoon, so 4 hours now. The status checker says there is an issue in the area and you are working on it. I need to know when it’s going to be back up and running, it simply isn’t good enough that a) this network is down so often and b) there is such a lack of updates. 

Joined ID this month, dozens of emails but can't find anything regarding the £50 Currys voucher included in the contract I took out. Any ideas where I find this?

Hi, I ordered a monthly rollover sim last summer. However shortly after the sim arriving my life circumstances dramatically changed which meant I needed to stay on my current number with another network provider. So the sim was never used on my phone.I’ve still continued to pay monthly for this sim despite never using it. I recently went to use this sim, but couldn’t find it, so have registered it as lost. How do I cancel my contract as I’m not using the service and I can’t access my online account as I never activated the sim. I’m a bit stuck.Thanks in advance.

I have recently been a victim of identity fraud and have had an account set up in my name. All direct debits have been cancelled, and the police are involved, but i need the account terminated. I tried reporting via your online form, but got no response.

again this is what happens people say theyll help me so it looks good for the website, then no one pms helping like they said they would and like i asked 50 times, well ill tell you streight if it doesnt get fixed today ill be changing my network and telling my lawyer
