Hi all,Been experiencing this after starting a new contract with id mobile, maximum speed in center harrow on the hill st ann road, is around 4mbs, even though the 5g signal is full. I encountered this problem couple of years or so ago when I had a contract and the speed was reaching more than 200mbs in some places was reaching 750mbs, however after few weeks of this good service the speed became less than 3 or 4 Mbs at ha11hl, when I checked the coverage it was saying the network is aware of problems in the network in the local area and that their engineers are on the case to fix, I screened shoted the network coverage status and for nearly 6months was exactly the same message, due to my low income I had to cancel with 3 the contract, because I moved to them from O2 network who had the issue very identical and also for many months the message on their website was the same, one response was that they aware for the network issue and that a mast in area is having

My sim card never arrived, ive now cancelled my id sim. I've no network for my original number, so need my PAC code sent to my email. 

Past 3 months l have been charged double. Can you explain why ? 

I switched to a new plan last month which should mean my bill comes to £10.99 a month; however, a payment of £20.23 was taken on the 22nd July and I don’t see why I would be charged extra when I had not gone over my plan. Though this payment was successful, when I tried to change my direct debit details on the 26th it said a new direct debit could not be set up unless I paid the overdue amount of £20.23. I didn’t realise at this point I had already paid for this month, so I paid the £20.23 manually. I received no confirmation of payment so thought something had gone wrong and paid it again. However, now when I go to my payment history it says that £20.23 was taken on 22nd July, and two payments of £20.23 were taken on the 26th.  So, I am unsure why my bill has come to almost twice the amount it should be, I don’t know why I had an overdue payment when it was taken from my bank account on the 22nd, and I believe I am owed £40.46 from the two manual payments I unnecessar

Hi I have seen similar posts but I wanted to double check one thing.If my contract already ended and I want to leave by using a PAC to transfer to another provider with my number, I understand I will be charged only for what I used from last bill to the transfer. SO to clarify, out of 30days bill I pay only for those days I use ID: so if my plan cost e.g. 12 pounds a month , 12 pounds is divided per 30 days > 40 p a day?Thanks 

Absolute rubbish signals on this network. Both me and my wife changed to this network thinking it was a better deal. But paying for a service that in the main drops out when we’re at home is very expensive. Does anyone else have similar issues? I ask the question thinking I already know the answer.

Hi there,I am trying to register a Scottish Power of Attorney for my mother as she’s no longer able to manage her affairs.I’ve tried using the ID Mobile live chat about half a dozen times over the past few weeks but every time I’ve done this I’ve received the same response: “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”.I’ve tried at all sorts of times between 9am and 5pm across many different weekdays and have received the same response so I assume that the system for POAs is broken. This has been hugely frustrating.Can you please tell me how to register the POA or contact a human?Thanks

I bought a roaming add on for Montenegro without realizing this won't work as it's not a partner country. Can I get this refunded?

Hi, I topped up my account number because I use "pay as you go " unlimited data plan and due to expire at 26th, midnight,  £20.Before I had  £5  remaining amount. So after topping up, I purchased a unlimited data plan ( like every month) and received a SMS  That it's left £0 in my account. please explain what it's wrong with your sistem, every month it's taking extra money. ???

Very very slow network speed on 4G in TQ14 0BG only a few k < 20 up or down, been like it for a while, status check says its being worked on - any idea on the fix time

I recently switched to ID from Sky and immediately transferred to my old number using a PAC code. Since then I have been able to make and receive calls but I'm not getting or receiving texts. I can't log into the ID mobile app because you need a coffee texted to you. I'm worried I'm missing important texts. Anyone know what I can do? 

I’ve been using a telephone service for a while to call a friend in China - it gives me an 0203 number to use that links to her Chinese number. It has been working fine for ages. I changed my iD plan in December though it was the same service, but since May I’ve been unable to connect.Im not sure that it’s from the other end as the “Sorry, the call cannot be connected at this time” is only in English and it was in English and Mandarin when I’ve had automated messages before.Ive attempted to contact the service I’ve been using, but I’m yet to get a response.Does anyone know where the fault may lie?Thanks  

Fairly recently moved to ID Mobile. Had an iPhone 12 and found that in most circumstances and locations I can’t make calls .  The phone says it is dialling out, but there is no sound my end or the other person’s end Have reset all settings and now upgraded to a new iPhone which has the same problem. New sentence Have reset all settings and now upgraded to a new iPhone which has the same problem.  Please could you advise me how I can fix this?

Hi, I have just.added on an extra £5 roaming add on for 24hours but seem to have been charged 3 times for the same 24hour period.. how do I contact someone to get this resolved please? There are 3 charges but only one 24 hour period added on, which is all.i need so should have only been one add on, obviously 🤦‍♀️  Please help ASAP! Thank you, Joanne 

I was on holiday and drove from UK Spain and only Spain  I am now seeing on my July bill a charge £45 for ROW roaming.. why?I looked at the roaming and Spain is included so where is the rest of world charge from?, why does the bill not specify? what the change is for?I am going to France next week and do not what to get it wrong again if it is my fault.

I ordered an upgrade, DPD contacted me on the delivery day to say it was arriving, then to say delayed, then again to say there is an unexpected issue, and then nothing. Can you please contact DPD to find out where my phone is as their site appears not to give any options to find out where my delivery is. Many thanks, David.

i’m not getting verification codes through to my phone number which has been transferred over from another provider 

I have just made the switch from EE to iD mobile. I opted to keep my number from my previous network provider using my PAC number to switch but have just received a text from iD with a new iD mobile number. I still really want to keep my previous number- how can I go about resolving this please?
