I’ve just switched from Vodafone to ID mobile. When ordering my iPhone 16 pro from ID mobile I put in my Vodafone pac code.  Whilst waiting for my new phone to be delivered today I lost connection to Vodafone on my old iPhone 12.  I now have no network connection to either Vodafone or ID mobile.  When setting up my new phone; when I clicked yes to transferring my number it said I couldn’t.  please help!! I use this number for work and no have nothing other than WiFi on both phones. 

I have just found out that I can't access mobile data roaming on my phone, the options are all greyed out, I have done the usual things like resetting the network, removing and reinserting the sim card, restarting the phone, I also checked my account and data roaming was on, I thought I would turn it off then back on but now that option is greyed out on my account! Can someone please help? And before you say it, no I'm not doing a factory reset for this. 

Hi there, I joined ID Mobile a few months ago after upgrading my phone, however I have noticed how horrendous the signal strength and coverage is in my city. I don’t care too much about 4G or 5G, but when I don’t have good enough signal to receive phone calls, I consider this a huge issue. I live in the PE2 8XE area, and others in my family are on ID living in various other areas of Peterborough and all have terrible signal. Are there any signal boosters that ID provides? Or frustratingly I can buy. As I said, I don’t care much about 4G/5G whilst out and about, but all phone networks should be able to provide basic signal for phone calls! TIYA. 

I need to keep my number and I don't have anymore the code you send to me along with the SIM card, I need that to get it done, do you think you can send it to me through email please

I just spoke to the live chat when upgrading my phone, they said they’d call me to finalise the upgrade and I did get called.Had to put in my bank details to the phone number 0800 049 0250, is this legitimate?

I took the day off work to be home and was given a delivery time, but no delivery, received an email saying the delivery failed. The sending day, same thing happened, despite me gazing out my window for the delivery driver. They never show but I get the delivery fail email. This time though I get an image of a house that isn’t mine, clearly showing the property’s name, which in no way matches my address, so what is crystal clear and evident is that the DPD driver is going to not be boy the wrong house, but a totally random one that in no way corresponds to mine. It is now being sent back to currys. As I’m sure everyone who has ever used DPD is aware, they have no contact or complaints procedure. What do I do? Thanks.

Hello,I joined iD last week from Three with an eSIM. I thought (but am not 100% sure) that I provided PAC as part of my switch. However my phone number remains the same as the new one given by iD, and have no communication about when number switch might take place. Have tried to fill in the online iD form to port number across but get the following error message:We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.I have triple checked the info and it is all correct. Help, what do I do now? I really want to keep my old number, have had it since I was 18. Thanks.

I have had a complaint put in on my behalf via the live chat as I advised that I would be putting in a complaint about all the issues I've had since joining id mobile. The advisor then told me they had escalated my complaint and someone would be in touch. I said I didn't ask for a complaint to be put in on my behalf as I hadn't articulated my issues fully within the chat. I also did not ask the advisor to do so. I asked for a copy of the complaint so I was aware of the content when the complaints team called. I as told this couldn't happen as the complaint had been passed on. I expressed my concerns and advised it was not acceptable and that again I need the content of the complaint provided. After a few minutes and no replies the advisor left the chat. I have the transcript saved.  Around an hour later I received a phone call from the complaints team. I advised I wanted a copy of the complaint before I discussed anything and asked that this be emailed. I was told it w

I have placed an order for a pay as you go eSIM and £20 / month unlimited plan. It took almost an hour to get the eSIM although on a pay as you go plan there are no checks to do.Once I got the eSIM QR code I scanned it and the SIM activated correctly within a few minutes. I even received the text saying that the eSIM is now active.Although you have charged my bank account with £20, this is not reflected in my account. My iD Mobile account shows a balance of £0 and says I have no plan active although I have already paid for the unlimited one when placing the order.I have tried restarting the phone and turning the eSIM on and off. Nothing will work. I have tried making calls and using the data as I had hoped that this is just an error with the website but nothing works. I am now in a position where I paid you £20 for a service that is supposed to start today but it is not working although you’ve charged my bank account and confirmed it has been activated. Essentia

Hello. I’m new to ID, trying to turn off the adult filter. Gone to the app and toggled the feature and saved. Reset the phone and waited……….. nope. Went back into the app and it’s back on!!! I’ve also tried doing it via a web browser. My phone has no other restrictions set. It’s an ID issue, please help. Tried the live chat and they also failed.

HiI can't make or receive calls on my Sony Xperia xz2. Data and SMS are working fineThere's no option in settings for WiFi calling or voLTE. VoLTE provisioning it's greyed out on *#4636 screen.  I have found a Id mobile support article saying that the xz2 model is volte supported.. But mine is the compact model. Can anyone help please?  

Hi all,Hope you can help! Woke up this morning and my phone has no signal I can only use WIFI calling. The coverage Checker says my area is not affected. I have tried what the Live bot said: move a mile away, put phone in flight mode and turn phone off and back on but this doesn't work. Also Hotspot has randomly been disactivated and now says ‘set up personal hotspot, to enable personal hotspot on this account contact ID’It worked fine yesterday, I have no outstanding Bills, and I have plenty data left.I cant find away to actually contact ID to help me. Has this happened to anyone before or can anyone help please?

Hello i ordered a new upgrade last night a sim upgrade I just wanted to know if it's still going through as i got email saying it was cancelled 

Since Wednesday I have been unable to make and receive normal phone calls. It only works once after I turn my phone off and on again, after this, I can no longer be contacted. This problem has been ongoing for quite a while now. I’m aware of the Three outage but many replies state that it has been resolved however I am STILL having problems.Before I receive the copy and paste messages, yes I have voLTE turned on.When will this issue be FULLY resolved for all.

Just had an email informing me that my refer a friend reward has now been authorised I’m then required to submit either my bank details or my PayPal account details This makes me suspicious because ID mobile already have these details for billing purposes Is this legitimate and if so why can’t ID mobile simply credit my account with the information they already hold Thank you

Hi I joined id from another service providerI have my PACHow can I add my old phone number 

I do not currently have a phone contract therefore do not have a existing mobile number. When trying to get a new contract with ID mobile for the iPhone 16 there is this section:Switching from another network?Keep my number & switch on arrival Keep my number & schedule switch now (requires a PAC) Lose my number & schedule switch now (requires a STAC)What option would I select if I do not have a mobile number. The second and third options I can’t choose as I wont have a PAC or STAC but I also don’t believe I can choose the first option as I don’t have a number to keep?Any advice would be greatly appreciated, not sure if i’m just overthinking this.
