HI There, I’m really at a loss for what to do. Usually, with most issues with my previous provider, I would pick up the phone and speak with an advisor. I have had my phone for a few months now so i’m well past the point of returning my phone as part of the 14 day cooling off period. I have struggled since day one with data phone reception. I live in Cornwall and had no idea that it would be as bad as this. I have come from EE which wasn’t always ideal but this is beyond a joke. If I go out anywhere, i’m constantly having to tether to my husband’s EE mobile phone as his is much better in places where I would always get phone reception and internet. When I look online, i’m being told that the reception is fine and that I should be at the very least getting 4G but i’m not. I don’t think the online system is very accurate in rural areas.I’ve also struggled with network outages and updates leaving me unable to make or receive calls on numerous occasions! 

I'm currently an id mobile customer but have seen a better upgrade on carphone warehouse which is still with the id mobile network. How do I keep my phone number if I purchase through carphone warehouse? Do I just ask for a pac code like I usually would? 

This month my bill has an add on that I didn't request or need. I am having no luck contacting I'd mobile for an explanation.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve the issue .Andy 

I am going abroad can I use my SIM card

Hi iD,Not all the time, but every now and then, (it seems to be about once a week for a few hours) I am unable to make calls. During these periods, my phone allows me to send and receive text messages as normal and I have 4 bars of signal so I know it is not of or related to signal.With incoming calls, my phone doesn’t even ring and I am told it goes straight to voicemail. With outgoing, it says “connecting” on the screen, before eventually cancelling out.Other users who have written in with this problem are told that their device is not on the approved list and while that is the case, I do not understand why this is only an intermittent problem? I would expect it to be a constant problem otherwise. I am also new to iD so know this isn’t down to an old/worn SIM card.I use a Nokia 8000 4G and although it is 4G enabled, I have this switched off because I only use this phone for calls and texts, likewise with the WiFi capability. I cannot make or receive calls, I cannot send texts and I cannot use my mobile data. Please fix this issue as a matter of urgency, this is the second time in 6 months I have experienced this issue with ID mobile and I rely on my phone to ensure my ailing parents are not needing support.I have used a troubleshooting ID mobile network website, I Checked the network status in my area & there are no reported problems I have disconnected from the network, chosen another network provider and then re-chosen ID mobile. I have taken my SIM card in and out.Please fix this issue ASAP. Thank you.  

I have received my new phone but no sim.  I have been in France with no phone and only way to access emails etc was via paid WiFi.  I already had an id mobile account and my new one does not yet appear to have been activated via my email. I currently have no access to banking as need to confirm via my phone number. Can someone email me as a matter of urgency to sort this out. I need my phone to be working for work on Monday

I cannot access my account. I login reach the page that says success and ask me to add my mobile number. I click it then add my mobile no., last name & my dob , click next then I get the following error message: ‘sorry your details do not match our records’ please try again.I have tried - several times, both on the web (on various different browsers, even incognito and via the app and I keep getting the same error message. I have cleared my cache and everything else suggested NOTHING WORKS.I know I am not the only one judging my the messages I have seen on this community site. The online chat is useless as it is pre-programmed to only to answer the basics.I am so fed up now that I am seriously thinking of changing providers. No one else I know who using other providers have ever had problems such as this.Please help now

Hi, I have taken out a new contract and the phone has been received but no SIM card has been posted out to me. I am unable to make an ID account online due to not have the sim to be able to add the number to the online account.  ID please contact me ASAP to resolve as I need a SIM to use my new phone contract I am paying for! Not a good start to using ID after switching from another provider I’ve used for years!  Thanks,  Laura

Without any notification my mobile randomly stops being able to make and receive calls (and text messages), and there is no indication that there is any issue. WhatsApp is fine and other wifi/data apps are ok it just seems that making and receiving calls can stop working. This is even with Wifi calling switched on. When I find out about the problem (i.e. someone contacts me via another method saying they tried to call me) I have to switch on airplane mode and then switch it back off, which seems to reconnect standard calls and messaging.There is no way to know that this is a problem so I could be missing calls etc and not know.

Dear IDmobileFor the past three weeks, I have been unable to make or receive calls. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to get through to anyone for support, and the issue remains unresolved.This has caused a lot of frustration, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication.If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like to cancel my contract without penalty.Please treat this as urgent and get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you,Ravinder Joshi

Like what I have read with other users on here you cant download your final bill with IDMOBILE.Surely this is illegal that you generate bills that you cant view in your account.Then just take random payments for leaving!I am in my account and the bills just download both the desktop version of your site and also on your app.Then you wonder why idea I have decided to leave! Again how on earth can I look at my final bill that you send an email to me what NOTHING is due but I know fully well SOMETHING is due.Total shambles this network is.Again I want access to my bills that you are legally to provode BEFORE you take any payments!Please advise! (I note a few other people who have recently left are having the same issues as soon as you close the accounts down you are restrtciting access to customers bills???? I want to know EXACTLY what is due on my account) 

I’ve put a working SIM card into a new Nokia 106 4G but it’s emergency number only - is this phone compatable with ID Mobile?

I was out walking the Norfolk coast when message arrived saying I might be on a ship. Then I got two messages saying I’d used up 100% of my credit limit. I didn’t see these because I was chatting with my friends and walking. Checking my account I’ve been charged £25 which is my personal limit! But data roaming was turned off!  There was a big ship right on the horizon. I don’t understand how this can have happened. I checked and found I’d been auto connected to Tampnet. I’ve now swapped to manual network.  Can you please refund this amount.

I don’t have the Sim card anymore that is registered with ID Mobile, I need to cancel my Sim card but I’m struggling to log on properly because they keep sending my old Sim card a text with the code on but I’m obviously not receiving it as I don’t have that anymore. is Laurie style mate, I just can’t get to the account but I don’t think you want to be paying it for the rest of my life? Anyone have any ideas? TIA xx

I’ve got no signal at all, no bars let alone any 4G. I cannot make Or receive calls. Checked my coverage in my area, excellent coverage. Wrong. It’s appalling. Please come back with an issue 

I just upgraded and the money has come out of my bank account count but my ID iMobile account said it didn’t process and to try again later. Basket is empty, no email confirming purchase…
