I am the account holder on my daughter phone, although it is registered an her address and she now pay the bill. There are two points:1st - My daughter switched to a new plan last month which should mean her bill comes to £10.99 a month; however, a payment of £20.23 was taken on the 22nd July although she did not go over my plan. Though this payment was successful, when she tried to change my direct debit details on the 26th it said a new direct debit could not be set up unless she paid the overdue amount of £20.23. She didn’t realise at this point she had already paid for this month, so she paid the £20.23 manually. She received no confirmation of payment so thought something had gone wrong and paid it again. However, now when she goes to my payment history it says that £20.23 was taken on 22nd July, and two payments of £20.23 were taken on the 26th. So, she is unsure why her bill has come to almost twice the amount it should be and she doesn’t know why she had an overdue pa

I have no mobile data 4G or 5G contract bought from mobile . Co . Uk  monthly contract and handset  iPhone 16 .   I have a sim not an eSIM with my phone and numbers been transferred but no mobile data ? I’ve reset apn but still no data I put the new sim into my old iPhone 13 and works perfect so why does the sim not work in my new iPhone that was purchased from mobile.co.uk and the id mobile sim ?

Hi, I am a new customer and have just purchased an iPhone 16 pro with ID mobile. I have inserted the SIM card provided but there is no signal. Calls, text and mobile data does not work.When inserting the sim in to my old phone, iPhone 13 , it works but not in my new one. The iPhone 16 pro says it is unlocked and not restricted to a particular network. Please can you help .Thanks

I am using an I PHONE 13 and physical sim. It is an O2 sim and I just pay a monthly fee to ID for sim only. I recently swapped it out for a travel sim while on holiday. Aftetr putting my old sim back I cant dial out or receive calls! ‘Help please

Hi. I joined iD mobile on 16/07 from 3 using a PAC. However I have only got data service and no network coverage. So I have been unable to make calls or message from my phone except when I have a solid WiFi connection since 16/07. I have contacted iD chat bot before today and was given a number of steps to follow which did not work. I was put through to a live chat with two separate agents. I was told to wait until engineering work was complete in my area and to keep refreshing network settings but this has not worked either.

I purchased a new sim on Monday. Haven’t yet received any dispatch information and I used a PAC code from my current network so that I could keep my number. I selected today as the day my number gets transferred to the new sim meaning my current sim would stop. However I haven’t yet received my new sim. Can I delay the transfer to next Monday from current network to ID in order to keep using this number on my current network or can you advise when I am likely to receive the new sim. I am away for the weekend so ideally need to delay the transfer of my number from one network to the other unless the sim arrives today which I think is doubtful. Please advise. Thanks

Hello. I may have binned my sim card accidentally before I had chance to register the card. The ID number is { REMOVED }. How do I go about getting a replacement? Do I request it via mobile.com or directly with ID?

Hi my Iphone 7 Plus texts are not coming through immediately or not at all. I had a couple of months ago sending texts saying ‘not delivered’ yet they were getting through.I don’t use texts very much so don’t know how long this has been going on. Texts yesterday from ebay and my credit card OTP weren’t coming through. Although when i got a household member to text me today it came through (not straight away) along with a couple of older messages I hadn’t received.Whatsapp seems to be working ok but messages may be slow. My Iphone is old so wont update to Apple version 16 (I’m stuck on 15) don’t know if this is causing it.I’ve tried turning phone on and off but doesn’t seem to work. Any help appreciated.Regards

I understand that billing is “one month in advance” however why have I been billed for the whole of July 25 when my existing (Spusu) contract changeover date was the 29th July 25? ( Note I originally asked to change to ID on the 2nd July but remained with Spusu until the 29th)

Hello.  I recently queried a bill with ID mobile and shortly after I received a phone call from a mobile number stating there was an issue with the SIM card (reason why my bill was high) and a new one will be posted, I was advised to cancel my direct debit and also offered an upgrade in contract/phone. The call knew I had queried my bill, knew my phone number and email address. I stupidly gave my bank details to them, however a phone and SIM card was sent to my address. I received another phone call stating the wrong phone had been sent and was asked to return it. However they had already taken a £26.53 ‘deposit’ , which would be deducted from my next bill. This has been reported to Action Fraud who I have just spoken with. They have advised me to contact you and report this as the phone call I received related to the question I asked ON THIS APP. I recently set up a pay monthly SIM card with iD mobile, intending to begin using it once my current phone contract ended on the 24th of July.  However, I’ve encountered multiple issues and am extremely disappointed with the service so far.Despite several attempts, I’ve been unable to access or set up my iD Mobile account. Each time I try, it states that a verification code will be sent to my email address—but I have never received one. I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders thoroughly, but nothing has arrived.I also attempted to get help via email, only to be told that no one monitors the inbox. As a last resort, I reached out to your team on Instagram and was provided with a customer service number. I have been looking at the upgrade options and it seems that every available plan I look at is listed multiple times at different price points. Why is this? There are no differences at all in handset, allowances or contract term, but they all seem to have 2 or 3 listings that get progressively more expensive. What am I missing?

My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates?
