Hello, I’m trying to cancel a payment for a rest of the world add on that I signed up for last August. It keeps being added to my bill each month, but I’m not selecting it. On the website it says “Fancy a boost in a country not covered in our 50 free roaming destinations? Get extra data with add-ons that last from 1 day to 10 days. We recommend purchasing a Roam Beyond add-on before you travel to avoid out-of-plan charges.” So I don’t understand how it has been added to my bill for so long. A customer service agent on the live chat would not tell me the expiry date of my add on. Am I stuck with this charge indefinitely? Thank you! 

I have a iPhone XR with an eSIM but it doesn’t have eSIM transfer capability, however my new iPhone 14 does, can you help with doing this transfer?

When you search on here, this seems to be a top issue.  All issues eventually have a “this has all been sorted, please reboot your phone”   Clearly this is a known fault on this network.  Online chat have had me checking all settings, resetting settings and changing sims into another phone.  Don’t waste your time doing this, ITS NOT YOU PHONE.  its been over 24 hrs now and as I was going round and round on the chat, I really wanted to talk to someone. I call complaints, what more waste of time, 51 minutes.  Apparently technical are looking at it and it can take 24 to 48 hrs. this was only sent to technical as I called back this morning as I was told there were service issues in my area and it would be resolved after midnight. Guess what…. it wasn’t.  I then had to wait until 9am for online chat to open.  Out of the 3 people I have spoken to, its would seem this is a new thing.  Please search here, its happened to many people.  My point for writing this wa

Hi, my PAYG plan expires in a few days but I have run out of data and already topped up once. I would like to renew my PAYG plan now, not wait for it to expire. I also found last time my plan came to an end, it expired and I then had no internet or calls to be able to renew the plan. I had to find WiFi quickly to renew. Is there a way I can renew the plan a day or 2 before it we expires so I can avoid these situations?Thanks

I'm new to ID Mobile and I'm having a problem trying to view a website. I have a dual SIM phone and my other SIM allows me to view these sites but my new ID mobile SIM in the same phone, does not. I have the adult content filter set to view adult sites, although the site in question isn't exactly adult. It's my local libraries log in page. Is there another setting I need to turn on or off please?

I can’t send or receive texts messages  

My partner recently purchased her mobile and as per others the delivery says we missed you when we were home. Raised this with ID already and attempted with DPD and they have both said we can only re-request. This has now meant she has no phone for 7 days now with only the ability to re-request delivery through ID Mobile to DPD. Other than being infuriating were now paying for a contract and phone she doesn't have access to. Id like to complain but also have someone message privately to follow this up as the agents on chat have been terrible for those we've had assigned. 

Please can you tell me if I can have an add-on on my current plan for when going to United Arab Emirates. So I don't have to pay loads extra to use my data.

How do I transfer my phone number from my ID Mobile SIM only plan to my new ID Mobile phone contract please? I did not buy the phone and package as a formal upgrade as I got a deal online so the new plan does not show in the app/ my account. Additionally I do not have the original SIM card that came with the phone. I got a replacement SIM from Currys. i already transferred content of original phone to the new one but now cannot make or receive calls or send texts on either phone unless online eg via WhatsApp.  I need a phone for work so am desperate! I have bought a 1 month sim only with a look of upgrading in 6 months.When I click upgrade I get a message saying the plan type can’t be upgraded why not try and change plan instead.will this change in 6 months or do I need to be on another plan for 6 months to be eligible for an upgrade?  Thanks hope this makes sense my sim was bought via Uswitch.

Hey folks. I'm currently doing a road trip around Scotland. I've stopped off now at 5 different parts of Scotland. Every area I've arrived at I've struggled to get any form of Internet connection at all! Having a connection is very important to me and needed. It's so bad that I had to purchase an esim and have paid to use this. The esim is running perfect. Very fast stable speeds. The idmobile sim is just awful. If I do eventually get a connection it's beyond slow or constantly just disconnects. I pay Idmobile monthly for this service and it's not being provided. Every area I arrive at I use the status checker and it doesn't matter where I am it just says.We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.This is at every stop I've been to. Some are 300 miles apart.What can I do? I've tried switching from 5g to 4g only. I've restarted my phone numerous times. I've took my sim out and cleaned it.

Bought an I’d mobile transferred from vodaphone. Now no iMessage FaceTime working. Switched it off did the restart. Did the remove the sim etc. Driving me mental. Want to get rid of it and send it back? What am I doing wrong. Shouldn’t be this hard!!!

I have started a contract with an ESIM however discovered later that my phone is not compatible. I cannot find any way to contact customer services and I am being charged for a sim I cannot use. Is there any way to change this? I cannot find a number to contact and the automated chat doesn’t help as it doesn’t understand my questions.

Hi, Arrived in Turkey tonight and cant use my phone at all, for anything!  I made sure that I purchased the Turkey roaming add on for 10 days at £35 before we left the country this afternoon.. I've had a confirmation text that its been activated and the charge has been added on to my bill but nothing is working! 😔 There is signal showing and the 4g keeps showing up but there doesn't seem to be any kind of working connection. I've restarted my phone lots of times and I've done the network search on settings and tried and tested each available network. All of my phone settings seem to be switched on as they should be and its definitely switched on in the id app too?  What could be going wrong, someone please help! 🙏 xx

HiAm at my wits end please can anyone help.1. Started a new contract with iD moving from 02. Given a pac code and esim. Followed steps correctly.new phone good to go  2. Realised we were still on 02 network, ASWELL AS iD!! Paying two contracts. Using 02 network predominantly.  3. 02 have now provided us with a new pac code. 4. I can't use the new PAC code as we don't know the transaction number, so can't go any further. Can't speak to anyone to help. Tried calling and they're unhelpful. Referring us to 02/Curry's / and going round in circles as they refer us to iD!!! Driving us insane. Please please if anyone can help us find a way of getting round this transaction number i would be so grateful.

Based in Lanark, apparently great coverage, 3 months now call signal drops or is muffled and scratchy. Funnily enough I can hear the waiting music fine for 40 minutes then can't hear people.Please help

I’m setting up a new phone and have transferred network from O2 to ID 3 .  When attempting to login to banking apps, they’ve sent One Time verification codes and I haven’t received them.  Other personal Text messages are coming through fine. All apps are set to ON on for notifications etc.  I’ve got a decent signal , I’ve shut down phone and restarted …. Feeling a little frustrated .  A new physical Sim has been used and number transferred.  How can I access my Apps ?   Would very much like this resolved ASAP !!!  Thank you

I have just spent 15mins with the live chat bot, trying to talk to a human, your system isn’t fit for purpose as it keeps telling me to add a valid postcode even though I have . So I cannot get through to talk to someone.  I need to add my sons ID mobile account to my apps plans but every time I try I get an error.  my son is now on his way to France with the school and is being charged roaming charges, and I don’t understand why so need to ‘log in’ to his account to see what’s happening.  Please help. 

Ordered new phone online on Friday 11/07,  delivery should have been with DPD on Monday.Got email from DPD on Friday saying, “We’re expecting your parcel, we’ll be in touch when we have it and it’s out for delivery”Since then I haven’t heard from them, I can track my parcel and DPD just say, “ Sorry, there is a delay with your parcel from Currys.Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area”When I check the DPD website for delivery problems in my area, it says that there are none.I can’t see any easy way to contact DPD and I’m going to have to cancel my new contract if I don’t get it in the next few days because I’m relying on a friend who’s visiting me to set up the new phone, I’m terrible at any of that stuff.So annoying that I’ve had no communication from DPD about this, I’m losing faith that they will deliver at all.Eliz Adams

If so I do want to do this however, the people I have been talking to rush to ask for me email adress which makes me uncomfortable and not want to give out any details. if this is legit then I would like to reduce my monthly plan please.  many thanks  Sammy 

Hi Guys,I am currently roaming in Bulgaria with iD and no complaints on the service. However, I tried to call my friend in Bulgaria who has a bulgarian phone number (+359) and instead of him receiving the call from my number, the call is displayed as a variation of numbers. I call one time, and he gets an incoming call from a greek number, another time a hungarian number and another time my normal number. Anyone have any idea as to whats going in? Its very interesting, not that i mind it! Also, I have a giffgaff sim card with me in another phone that is in no way linked to my iD number, and when I call myself from giffgaff to iD and vice versa, sometimes the other line gets the call from a random non - UK number but sometimes the correct numbers show up. Thanks!-T

Hi I’ve just taken out a 2nd plan. I’ve just switched to Tesco number to iD Mobile thinking my Tesco sim would then work with my new contract - it is connecting to the internet but not data, and send or receive calls or texts. I went to register the 2nd plan on my app to see if I could fix it this way, but it’s trying to text a one-time passcode which obviously won’t work as the phone can’t receive calls or texts. So, I went to Curry’s today to get an ID Sim, but can’t register it to my app still because I can’t add the 2nd plan to my app. I’m completely stuck with how to resolve this, please help. Thank you.
