Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim only contract and request a PAC code. However when I try and do this I keep getting an error message saying ‘something went wrong’. Please can someone help. Thanks Andrew

I never activated my SIM and rang to cancel and the live chat service agreed to cancel my plan and said I would not be charged. I was then charged via direct debit. I go through a whole chat to explain this and then get transferred with a 120 minute waiting time. Why is your customer service so atrocious? Please stop charging me and why are you refusing to cancel my plan? I can’t even email you because you don’t provide an email address.

My first bill was £10 and normal. Second bill was £10.33 and next bill will be £10.84 why??????

I seem to have two numbers on my phone and have ported from O2.

I've just ordered a sim only package, or a least think I have!! There's been no email acknowledgement only saying not completed despite entering all bank/card details. I don't want to end up ordering 2 sims but equally want confirmation the first order has gone through. Is there a customer service number for real live humans!? How novel would that be!?

I've upgraded to a new phone with eSIM. The QR code for the eSIM has been sent to me and my current SIM appears to have been deactivated as a result. However, the new phone is not due for delivery until later in the month and my current phone doesn't support eSIM. How do I get my service back?

Hi There, Apologies if this has been asked before. I wanted to know if/how both of my kids can use the iD mobile app to view their data usage please? We are new customers and I am the bill payer for both of their monthly plans. Ideally I would like them to be able to view just their details, with me being able to see both of their plan details. This was possible in the Tesco mobile app but so far I am unable to emulate in the iD app. Thank you in advance

So...when I first signed up to id mobile I signed up as the internet was powered by 3.....first year, no issues at all. Could run a firestick and a ps5 from it on hot-spot no worries.......these days....same place, same location, upgraded phone. Can't even run bbc player on hot-spot. The mobile data is horrendous wherever you go aswell these days and it's clearly not an isolated incident as there's loads and loads of others with the same issue.… My 2 questions are 1. Why the decline in bandwidth? It's almost as if id keeps you sweet for the first year of contract, then cuts it for year 2? How do I contact id about improving my bandwidth as they obviously have control of speeds and can improve/limit them. Am seriously thinking of cancelling my contract as there's just no point in being with id with the internet the way it is atm.

I want to upgrade my phone, the offers I’ve found online with ID are cheaper and better compared the ones on my app for some reason. When I’ve gone to get a new contract on the app it’s saying I can’t use a PAC number as I’m already with ID therefore can’t keep my number but I don’t understand why I can’t get the cheaper deal on the app as an upgrade rather than start again

I have moved country temporarily and have got a sim plan over here. If I cancel my ID mobile plan how can I ensure that I can get the same phone number back when I move back to the UK next year?

I need find out what my id mobile number is in order for le ti create my account on the app I lost the SIM card as soon as it arrived soo I never got the chance to actually know the number

I got my ID mobile number when my account was opened by my Mum, with 3 numbers under the account I never once used the ID mobile app as I paid my own bill over the phone. I have been disconnected after not paying and so, since ID mobile gives you 0 options to speak to anyone to actually resolve the issue/continue using my number with them, my only option is to leave ID. I want to keep my phone number regardless of whether or not I stay with ID or leave. so how in the hell am I supposed to leave? • I cannot recieve a PAC code by text as I am disconnected • Trying to recieve a PAC code over the phone has them ask for my customer service pin which I cannot access as trying to login to the ID mobile app just says "sorry your details do not match our records" • logging into the original account owned by my Mum doesn't have my phone number under it and the customer service pin doesnt work in reference to my phone number I'm at a loss at what to do. Ranting here is my last hope because ID themselves don't seem to actually want to make anything easy.

Hello can someone let me know what's happening with the phone I've ordered please?

I bought new phone with contract in Id mobile but still I have old number in Id which I would like to replace and also finish my old contract.

I am an existing ID Customer with an iPhone13 on contract which has been fine , I ordered today a few hours ago a new iPhone 16 as an upgrade as I was due one and selected E Sim at the checkout . Since the order I have received the various emails confirming order , instructions to activate E sim etc etc However it seems they have now already cut off/stopped my physical sim in my current phone !!!!!! I cant use the E sim until I receive the new phone , so at the moment I have no way of making calls , data etc etc ! Ridiculous ! This cant be right ? and I don’t appear to be able to find a number to call anyone at ID to sort it out I am supposed to be going away this weekend , I need access to phone-calls ! Any ideas/suggestions , most welcome

The service is very low, it is not receiving any service. My phone only shows one bar and data does not work.

Order placed Monday, dispatched Monday, hit the international hub as DPD call it and hasn't been seen since. Tracking just says your item is delayed due to unexpected issues. It's now Friday and nothing updated since Tuesday morning. Should I write this off as lost? I did contact DPD who told me the same as the tracking info and wasn't very useful

Hi guys , I've just taken out a new 2 year phone contract with id mobile. I just purchased a Samsung smartwatch thinking as per samsung instructions really easy to set up and add to my contract via esim. A advisor on live chat said yep all good and sent me a esim! Unfortunately now found out he was wrong and I.d mobile doesn't offer that service yet!! Now leaving me with a new watch I can't fully use. :( When will you offer this service? Samsung make it sound so easy it just links to your phone add esim on watch and it will use your current plan calls and data allowance when watch away from your phone. Why is this so hard for the network provider to sort out?
