Since I joined iD mobile, I have not been able to make or receive calls when not using the home WiFi or Office WiFi.  capntact complaints depat, said that it might be the e-sim so will send me a physical Sim. received it and still not working. This is very frustrating and there is no one who is available to contact for assistance apart from thsi ridiculous Ask the community where you have to again sign up. Have spoken to Ombudsman about this as getting no joy from iD and they are just taking the money without providing the service. I believe this is just a SCAM to get peoples money and not provide the SERVICE

I recently created an id mobile account so I can turn on roaming on my phone (which I’ve had for about a year). When I try to add my phone to the account it accepts the details and says that it has sent a pin code by text to my phone but no pin code is ever received.No error message appears and the timeout just runs down leaving me back where I started. I have tried this several times now, and even tried the American format date but the result is always the same. I have tried this from both the website and the app with the same result.My phone is working correctly and receives SMS texts all the time.How do I proceed from here ?

Hi, my phone number was meant to switch from my old phone and network provider to iD mobile on my new iPhone 15 on 17th July 10pm. But the number has not switched and I cannot access my number on either phone.I have tried to manually reset the network settings and change my phone number through iPhone Settings but it hasn’t worked.My new phone is an IPhone 15 iOS 18.5, and I opted to use an eSIM.

Why today not being able to receive take calls again, had all this Thurs 23 Jan, I am stuck without my phone , not good 

I have been trying to set up voicemail but every pin I try is unacceptable. They have been been mostly 4 or 6 numbers which would mean something to me but not simple things like  1234 etc.  What am I doing wrong.

I am trying to register my id mobile number they gave me even tho i wanted to keep my old one. But when i type it in it says a code has been sent to my number but my phone hast got a sim registered or a network yet 

I have no signal in my area  and cannot recieve/ make calls all day but ID website states there are no issues. Who's lying 😡

Recently i went for a short break in Norfolk UK.Whilst there i was silly enough to use a seaside town and its beach.This cost me 14.50 ROW charges as the network assumed i was in territorial waters, on a ship!!My first interaction with My Id was unsuccessful and their only advice was to reduce my bill cap to £0.Not happy, i persisted and only following a threat to go to the ombudsman did they refund the charge.Moral is, DO NOT take the first NO as a final answer. Persist and ye shall persevere.

I've just upgraded my contact to a Samsung A56 with all unlimited allowances for £25 per month. My sons contract which is registered under my name and I pay the bill as he is 15yrs old, is now up for renewal just days after mine and I am being quoted £28 per month for the exactly same phone, contract and terms. How does this make any sense just because I was already 26.50 per month on his old contract. Who do I speak too about this as I'm seriously considering cancelling both contracts as ID are impossible to speak to.

I’m trying to add my son’s plan to my account so I can request a new SIM (because he dropped his phone in the river and lost the phone and SIM)How can I add this plan without access to the phone to be able to receive the confirmation SMS message?Alternatively, is there a way of requesting a replacement SIM for a plan which was originally registered against my email address but has not been added to my account in the mobile app?Any suggestions welcome - this must have happened to other people Thanks    

Why does my app say my plan has been disconnected, I still get charged monthly so I’m gonna guess it’s still active as I use my phone everyday.

Dear iD Mobile Community I recently switched my mobile service from O2 to iD Mobile. Since the transition, I have been experiencing an issue where I am not able to see the caller ID on any incoming calls. All calls I receive are displayed as "Unknown" or "No Caller ID", regardless of who is calling.I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:1. Checked with multiple contacts (friends and family) — None of them have enabled any setting to withhold their caller ID.2. Verified with multiple devices — I’ve tested the SIM in another phone and still face the same issue.3. My plan includes unlimited minutes and text and yet I am receiving messages to say I have ran out of minutes. Why?

We are going on Holiday at the end of the month and I was checking to see if I can roam in Cyprus  on my plan. After checking the list its say Cyprus in in Band 1 where I calls, texts and data is covered under my plan how ever at the bottom Cyprus is listed under the destinations Not covered at all and will incur charges on calls texts and data. I presume I would be covered and hope its a typo on ID mobiles behalf but I would like it clarified. 

i have set up a new account on 15/07/25 and asked for my old number to be ported over on 13/08/25 which is when my contract expires with my previous provideri haven’t received my new sim card yet but on 16/07/25 i received a text from my old provider to say my contract has been cancelled and i now have no phone or datai can’t set up my new account as i can’t receive the text message and i am also having to pay my old provider extra costs as my contract has ended before it expiresi was advised to get a blank sim card from Curry’s which i have got but when i try to activate the card i am getting an error messagehow can this situation be resolved?the ID mobile sim for the new account isn’t arriving until 18/07/25 so that would mean i would be without a phone for 3 days , this is totally unacceptable and if ID mobile had ported the number over when asked too this wouldn’t have happenedthere is no customer services number to actu

I have a Google Pixel 7 and have just left Smarty to come to ID. They both use same network but my data connection with ID is shocking!!

Been in ID for a couple of years now. But now when I send a text it says undelivered but does get to the other person, but when they reply, the reply doesn't come through. On iphone, up to date software,  done network reset etc and anything else I can find to do. I have not changed anything to have caused it to stop working. Also, although we have tested calls incoming from partners mobile, it seems others have tried and failed to get through...one being an important call for a hospital appointment we have been waiting for. Please help!
