I've left iD Mobile but would like to access my account. What should I do?

If you have recently left iD Mobile, you can still access your account to view your payment history and download your final bills.

Provided you registered before you left, you can log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk for up to 6 months after your disconnection date.

 

Please note: After 6 months, your account access will be permanently disabled. We recommend downloading any bills you need for your records as soon as possible.
