I've left iD Mobile but would like to access my account. What should I do?

If you’ve left iD Mobile, and had previously registered for the iD Mobile app or My Account online, you can still access your account for 6 months after disconnection to view and download your Bills. 

 

Please note: After 6 months, you’ll no longer be able to access your account.
