I've left iD Mobile but would like to access my account. What should I do?

If you’ve left iD Mobile but had previously registered for the iD Mobile app, you can still access your account for up to 6 months after your disconnection date. During this time, you’ll be able to view and download your bills as usual.

 

Please note: After 6 months, you’ll no longer be able to access your account.
