Data Rollover is a free feature included on all iD Mobile plans. It automatically rolls over your unused data to the next month, giving you a second chance to use it.

 

How does Data Rollover work?

 

You don't have to lift a finger to set up Data Rollover. It happens automatically at the end of every billing month:

  1. Unused data is saved: If you haven’t used all your data allowance by the end of the month, we save it for you.
  2. It rolls over: That unused data is added to your allowance for the new month.
  3. It gets used first: We use your rolled-over data first, before touching your standard monthly allowance.

 

Please note: Rolled-over data is only valid for one month. If you don't use it in the month it rolls over to, it will expire.

 

What are the benefits?

 

Data Rollover acts as a safety net. It helps you save data for busier months (like holidays or travel) and prevents you from running out and paying out-of-plan charges.

 

How do I check my Rollover balance?

 

You can see exactly how much data you have rolled over in the iD Mobile app or at my.idmobile.co.uk.
