ID Mobile PAYG Sim
I currently don’t have an active PAYG plan with ID Mobile, as I don’t use the phone much in the winter.
I do, however, have about £10 balance on my online PAYG ID dashboard.
My question is, is there a days/months timeframe, where I have to actively use the phone, texts, data, in order to stop the SIM being cancelled?
Also, there may be, I think, a requirement to top-up, to avoid cancellation. What timeframe is this, please?
I want to keep the SIM/number, as come next Spring/Summer, I wish to use the ID sim regularly again, likely with the PAYG plan, I had over this last Summer.
Any help on the rules/terms would be welcome. Thank you.
