How do I make my sim a pay as you go sim

Please note that a SIM can only be reverted to Pay As You Go if it is a new contract and you are still within the cooling-off period and return the device within that time.

 

If the cooling-off period has passed, the account will not be reverted to Pay As You Go instead, it will be disconnected in line with the cancellation process.

 

If you would like to proceed with disconnection, you can do this easily via the iD Mobile app:

 

How to disconnect in the iD Mobile app:
1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
2. Go to Account
3. Select Manage Plan / Contract
4. Choose Cancel / Disconnect
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request

 

Once completed, you will receive confirmation of your disconnection request and any final bill will be issued in due course.
