cancel contract within 14 day cooling off period

Good Afternoon

I recently renewed my payg sim which had expired. I wasn't aware that I was being tied in for 2 years.

Please can you cancel this as I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period.

I have no plans to leave ID mobile I just don't want to tied down for 2 years

My response had been truly shocking. 'Spoken' to 2 people who didn't reply to my query and back to square 1. All I want to do is cancel the new payg contract as I wasn't aware it's a 24 month contract
