Esim Pay as you go not received

HI, I ordered a new pay & go Esim on the ID website yesterday morning. (Sunday 16th) i got an email confirmation with invoice etc but still no QR email to download the Esim yet? Does it usually take this long? Thanks!!

I’m really sorry for the delay in receiving your eSIM QR code,  I completely understand how inconvenient this must be.

To help move things along, please check the following:

Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes the QR email can land there.
Correct Email Address: Ensure the email on your iD Mobile account matches the one you’re checking.
Device Compatibility: Confirm your device supports eSIM functionality.
