how do i make my bundle recurring so payment is automatic each month

I keep getting g messages saying I should make my Burke recurring so that payment is taken automatically each month instead of me manually having to top up! How do I do this? I can’t see anywhere on my account to do this

Thanks for your post.

I'm afraid iD Mobile doesn't currently offer recurring bundles for Pay As You Go, so bundles can't be set to renew automatically each month.

Any top-ups or bundle purchases would need to be made manually when required.

If you're referring to something else by "Burke", it's possible I've misunderstood your query. If so, could you let us know a little more about what you mean?

Thank you for the message.

You can purchase a recurring bundle for 12 months, which tops up each month, and these deals are available on the app. It's a one-off payment, I believe, so you won't be charged each month.
