i took out this contract for my daughter she has now taken out her own contract so want to transfer the number but its saying i am gong to be charged £153 ecen thouhh she is staying with ID can you help please

I have a pay as you go contract but the phone is used by my Daughter, she is now old enough to have her own phone so has taken out a separate contract with you. She wants to transfer the number to her new phone but when the PAC code was requested it said I would be charged £153. As she is staying with ID I don’t think we should be charged. I am also happy to be given a new number on my pay as you go contact as I can allocate that to my son…

Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers, so it's not possible to transfer a number from one iD Mobile account or plan to another. This is why the process isn't as straightforward as transferring between different networks.
