leaving Id mobile

Hi!

My rolling- over contract will renew in 6 days.

I want to leave your network and have a question- untill which date will I be able to use this number?

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to learn that you would like to leave.

Here are your options to cancel:

1. You can cancel with a STAC code to cancel immediately without keeping the number. You will have to provide the STAC code to any other network that you are with besides iD mobile. If you do not use the STAC code the account will stay active. Please do not choose this option if you are not able to provide the STAC code to a different provider.

2. You can cancel with a PAC code to transfer the number to a different network.

3. You can have a 30-day disconnection and still use the service until the contract disconnects after 30 days.
