Question

PAYG intervals

I recently bought a PAYG sim, giving unlimited data for a month for £20. This was for mifi use in my motorhome, so that I could simply top up as necessary when going in holiday. But after the month expired, I get a message saying "you have no plan". Can anyone assist?

    Hi @Ericonabike,

The £20 unlimited data Pay As You Go bundle is a one-time purchase and doesn't automatically renew.

Once the month has expired, the "you have no plan" message simply means that the bundle has ended and a new one hasn't been purchased yet.

To continue using the service, you'll need to top up the account and manually purchase another bundle. Unlike Pay Monthly plans, there isn't a recurring monthly payment option for Pay As You Go bundles.

If you're only using the SIM occasionally in your motorhome, this gives you the flexibility to top up and buy a bundle only when you need it.
