payg to contract can i keep number

I have a payg monthly deal with id. If I upgrade to a contract phone can I pac my old number over to the new deal/ phone

Hi @Hawcara,

If you upgrade your existing iD Mobile plan, there's no need to request a PAC code. Your current number will automatically stay with you and move across to the upgraded plan.

PAC codes are typically only needed when transferring a number between different networks. As you're staying with iD Mobile and upgrading your existing account, your number will remain the same.
