I have a payment pending but my pay as you go monthly contract has run out. Can ID reinstate me until the payment has processed?

    I’m not sure what you mean, are you on a pay as you go plan or a monthly plan?

     

    Services would be reinstated once payment is confirmed, to avoid any disruption in service, we’d recommend using direct debits.
