I have recently submitted a switch to id mobile from three but there was nowhere to add my pac code on checkout.
how am I able to add this to my account as I haven’t received my SIM card yet.

There’s no need to worry with iD Mobile, you can only submit your PAC code once you have received and activated your new SIM card. This is why there was no option to enter it during checkout.
📱 Once your SIM arrives, here’s how to switch your number in the app:
- Insert and activate your new iD Mobile SIM
- Open the iD Mobile app and log in
- Go to the Plan section
- Select Switch to iD
- Enter your PAC code from your previous network
- Choose your preferred transfer date
- Submit the request
📌 Important information
- Your PAC code is usually valid for 30 days
- Your old number will transfer across once the switch completes
- During the transfer, you may temporarily lose service for a short period this is normal
If your PAC expires before you’re able to use it, you can simply request a new one from your previous provider.
