Please first check that the correct mobile number is showing in your handset settings, as an incorrect number can prevent verification messages from being received.

We'd also recommend checking the Premium Features setting in the iD Mobile app to make sure this is active, as this can affect certain premium or service-related messages.

If the correct number is showing and Premium Features are active but you're still not receiving messages from 62884, please contact us via Live Chat. Our team will be able to complete the necessary security checks and investigate whether there is anything on the account or network that could be preventing these messages from being received.

Checked everything you have mentioned, also raised a complaint. They left me a voice message before the line was open, told me to call them, everytime I call, the handler can’t talk about my case and I have to wait for a call back, never recieve a call back, don’t receive an email.

That’s the end of the week and I still cannot access my business accounts because of not receiving an SMS that was previously working last week.
