Hi @xiuqin he ,

Thank you for your message.

Could you please confirm whether you took out your plan directly with iD Mobile or through one of our third-party partners, such as Mobiles.co.uk, Carphone Warehouse, or MoneySavingExpert?

If your order was placed through one of these partners, the promotional discount may have been offered by them rather than by iD Mobile.

Hi Michael Z

thank you for your response me. I have 3 accounts from ID mobile. So I always order the plan directly from id mobile. Before my order the plan. I have saw this one plan has got the £70 credit back. That’s way I ordered this one. But when I received order. Nothing inside only the SIM card. I thought maybe automatic credit to the bill. But I have paid last month bill. It wasn’t credited. That why I contact to your company. Thank you

Hi @xiuqin he,

Thanks for coming back to us, and we're sorry to hear about the confusion.

As this will need to be investigated, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to review your order and, if applicable, raise this with the relevant team for further investigation.

You can contact them here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
