Hello I am wanting to upgrade as my battery on my phone now is awful and wanting to upgrade

I'm sorry to hear that your phone's battery isn't lasting as well as it used to.

If you're looking to upgrade, you'll need to be eligible first. You can check this through the iD Mobile app or your online account by following these steps:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
From the dashboard, scroll down and tap "View all upgrade deals".
If you're eligible, you'll see the upgrade options available to you.
If no upgrade options are showing, it may be that you're not yet within your upgrade window.

You can also check through your online account by signing in and visiting the Upgrade section.
