Hi I have recently upgraded one of the numbers of my account to included unlimited data - though it has not yet been updated on the phone number please can you check it for me ?

How long ago did you make this upgrade?

 

Is this an order with a new device?

 

It may take some time to update fully and if it’s an order, time for the order to be dispatched.

Hi - I don’t think i ordered anything new I just wanted to upgrade the account as is - it was done last month ( September) can you check on my account?
