Add a 3rd plan to my existing two

I currently have two plans linked to my email address and i now want another plan for my son. I've put in my name, phone number and DOB but it says its not recognised. ive double checked and tried a few times but it wont except it. Please can you help with this?

    To help us investigate this further, please confirm whether you are trying to place the order as an existing customer or through My Account.

     

    As you already have two active plans linked to your email address, there may be an issue with the information being entered or how the account is being recognised. Please send us a private message via our socials (Facebook or Instagram).
