How do I purchase /install a second e sim so I can use my phone for business (with a separate number) and also as my personal current plan I have tried to use the +plan function on the mobile app but it does not recognise my details??

If you’re looking for a business plan specifically for your business number, you’ll need to visit a Currys store for assistance with the options available.

If you’re simply looking for a second standard iD Mobile SIM-only plan with its own separate number, you can place a new order through the iD Mobile website and select eSIM at checkout, provided your handset supports a second eSIM.

Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat and they can assist you with taking out an additional plan: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once the additional plan and eSIM are set up, you’ll have a separate number that you can use alongside your existing personal number on your compatible handset.
