Adding plan and changing plan

Hi, I pay for my sons contract on Id mobile but can’t add him to my plans to see if I can change his contract. How do I go about this?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If your son’s plan is also registered in your name, you can add the additional number to your iD Mobile account by following these steps:

On the Home screen, tap View your plans in the top-right corner.
Tap Add new plan.
Enter the iD Mobile number for the plan you want to add. The number must begin with 07 and contain 11 digits.
Enter the last name and date of birth of the account holder, then tap Next.
An SMS containing a one-time passcode will be sent to the iD Mobile number you’re adding.
Enter the 8-digit code when prompted.

Once successfully added, you’ll be able to view and manage the plan alongside your other plans.
