​@annasheryn Hi if your due for an upgrade then upgrade ! Ive just recently upgraded my phone through like a third party company not through ID directly where i got a better deal on the monthly tariff when the phone came because id upgraded i was able to keep my same sim and the same  number it was the tariff that just needed to be changed but thsts been sorted by id mobile themselves
