After signing contract and paying up front fee phone has not arrived

Can anybody help me please. 

I have upgraded phone for my daughter (obviously contract is in my name) I have signed contract electronicaly, paid up fron fee of £69 and have been told on Sunday last week that phone will arrive via DPD on Tuesday 16th of September. Now is 19th of September and after numerous live chats with customer service team I have now being told that deal upgrade has expired thats why my iphone 15 upgrade is still in ‘’processing’’ and we need to create new order!! So i have been charged money for something that I will never receive? My daughter Birthday is on 22nd and this was her Bday present… what do I do ?!! As you can imagine I am overaly not very happy with this…
