is it not possible to upgrade to an apple phone from a previous sim only contract? When I look to upgrade my son’s phone I cannot upgrade to an apple device.
I rely on apple apps within our family group so upgrading to another brand is not an option.

Contact the iD telephone sales team for queries such as upgrades or additional phone contracts, you can call them on 020 7139 1397 (available between 9am - 6pm).
