I have just UPGRADED and got a confirmation and did a trade in too but did not take a screenshot ASSUMING ID mobile have done the due diligence and sent me a confirmation?! NO CONFIRMATION email?!nothing left bank for upfront cost but I had a screen confirmation of my order of iPhone pro?advise please
