better deal through MSE site

Hi ID

 

You guys really make it difficult to contact you during the upgrade window.

 

I can see a better phone and cheaper deal through the MSE website than your upgrade, to save everyone time should I just go that route or will your retention team negotiate?

    It would be best to contact our Sales team on 0800 049 0250, as we generally do not price match.

    They will be able to review alternative options and see if they can offer the best plan possible based on your requirements.
