Better deals than upgrade

Why is this new customer deal better than my upgrade? Is there no such thing as valued customer any more?

Offering the same deal for less with a upfront payment.  I would rather this than a £50+ a month contract. Or even better as I am the one having to look for better deals than IDMobile operators that get paid to do this.  

 

This also offers unlimited data, so again way better than my upgrade for £39.99 a month 

With all the extras - Chrome book, ear pods, 512GB too.

I want this or better for my upgrade please. Thank you.

    Thank you for your post. I completely understand why this feels frustrating when you’re comparing new customer offers with upgrade options.

     

    Please be advised that as an existing customer, the upgrade deals available to you are systemically calculated based on your current usage history and payment profile.

     

    New customer plans are often priced differently and may appear cheaper or include promotional extras because we do not yet have any payment or usage history with those customers. This means we are not able to assess their long-term affordability in the same way.

     

    Because of this, upgrade offers are structured differently and are generated automatically once your current plan is due for renewal, based on your account history and eligibility. In many cases, upgrades may include different pricing or benefits compared to new customer promotions.

     

    We really do value our existing customers, and your upgrade options are always designed with your account history in mind
