bill charged for this month are uncorrect

I believe last month I went to sim only at a cost of £16 per month with unlimited usages on calls data and texts? My my bill this month shows £31!?

@Gemma M I have the same issue! Can you help please. A need to submit my pac code but it won’t let me log in as I don’t have an I’d mobile number.
