How to check your upgrade eligibility:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
2. Go to Services or My Account.
3. Select your mobile plan and look for the Upgrade option.
4. Review the available plans and offers displayed for your account.

Please note that upgrade options depend on your current contract and eligibility.

International calls: To make calls from the UK to international numbers, you’ll need to purchase an appropriate international calling Add-On, as these calls are not included in your standard plan allowance. The available Add-Ons and destinations covered can be checked through the iD Mobile app.
