Can I change my contract plan which has been running for 4 years to a similar only. My billing period ends 13.2.2026

@Patmac26  You should be able to do that from now. I found best to call sale's during office hours and ask for a sim only contract. There are  30 day plans 1 and 2 year sim plans. Just look for a plan that fits your needs and budget and make sure its done as an UPGRADE, you'll retain your current number.

Yes, you can change your contract plan to a SIM-only plan, even if you’ve been on the same plan for 4 years. Your billing period ends 13/02/2026, so you can place the order anytime before then.

How to switch to a SIM-only plan in the iD Mobile app

Open the iD Mobile app and log in

Go to Plans

Select SIM Only Deals

Choose the plan you want (data, calls, texts)

Select Order

Confirm the details and complete the checkout
 

Once completed, your plan will change and your new monthly billing will apply from your next billing date.
