Hi, I’m not sure but I think my contract with my IPhone 15 is due to end in November 2026.

I do actually like the Galaxy 24/25/26 Ultra.

Which is the best/cheapest way to get the Galaxy phone, can I sell my iPhone , do I need to pay off my existing contract?

Just not sure how the best way to make these changes happen.

Any help would be appreciated please.

    Hi @suggsy ,

Since your iPhone 15 contract is due to end in November 2026, You can wait until November 2026 and then trade in your iPhone 15 toward a new Galaxy phone. This is usually the most cost-effective option.
If you wish, you make take out a ne contract, but this wouldn’t affect your contract balance and contract with us.

    Excellent thank you.

Just a thought, could I pay off my current contract, then start another with, say, a Galaxy and also keep my current phone number?

if so, would I get a discount for ending early and taking out a new contract, if not, would I be correct in thinking the cost to end this contract is the amount of months times the current cost per month ? (For example 10 months at the current £32 per month, would cost £320 )?

    Hi @suggsy ,

Thank you for your message. I’m happy to clarify your options.

Yes, you can pay off your current iPhone 15 contract early and start a new contract for a Galaxy phone while keeping your existing phone number.

    Regarding the costs:

-Early termination is usually calculated based on the remaining monthly payments on your current contract. In your example, 10 months at £32 per month would indeed be approximately £320.

-Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount for ending a contract early and immediately taking out a new one, the early termination fee simply covers the remaining balance of your current contract.

Once the contract is settled, you can take out your new Galaxy plan and, if you wish, trade in your iPhone to reduce the upfront cost of the new device.
