can i upgrade mid month?

Finding it frustrating that I have to wait to the end of the first month before I can upgrade, it looks like I will need more data on an ongoing basis than I signed up to.

I understand that needing more data than expected can be inconvenient, especially when you’re unable to upgrade straight away. This waiting period is part of the initial plan setup, but once you’ve passed the first month, you’ll have more flexibility to change your plan to better suit your needs.

In the meantime, if you’re running low on data, we can look at options such as add-ons to help you stay connected until you’re able to upgrade.

 

Steps to Purchase Add-ons:

Open the App: Log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk.
Select Add-ons: Tap "View add-ons" or "UK & Roam Beyond add-ons" from the home screen.
Choose Type: Pick "UK" for domestic data or "Roam Beyond" for international roaming.
Select and Confirm: Choose the desired bundle (e.g., 2GB, 10GB, 20GB for Roam Beyond) and tap "Confirm".Finish:
Tap "Done". The add-on is ready to use immediately.
