My contract runs out next month (16/11) and i have had a text from iD to say its time to upgrade. Can i upgrade, still on iD, through mobiles.co.uk without incurring a charge? Reason i am wanting to do this is i have a voucher and get free galaxy buds through them and not iD. Thanks :)

Hi, thanks for the answer.

This is not classed a new contract, its classed as an upgrade and they ask for my iD mobile number etc. The only networks available in the upgrade section are iD and Vodafone, so i wonder if they have an agreement?

Your best bet is to phone the sales team on 02071391397 (between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday) to see if this deal means a straight swap or if it is just for customers wishing to move and upgrade from another provider.

You can also talk to someone on Live Chat with regards to this:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
