can my daughter get new customer deal on upgrade

Hi, my daughter is due an upgrade, she is looking at an IPhone 16 but there are cheaper deals if she is a new customer, is there any way we could get those prices on upgrade instead?

    Unfortunately, our new customer offers are specifically available to customers taking out a new iD Mobile contract, so we're unable to match those prices on an existing customer's upgrade.

     

    However, your daughter may still have a range of upgrade options available based on her account and eligibility. We'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to check the available iPhone 16 upgrade deals and discuss the best options available to her.

     

    While they may be able to offer a suitable upgrade deal, it wouldn't be possible to apply the specific price offered to new customers to an existing account.
