Hi I’ve recently purchased the Honor Magic V6 and received the phone today. I’ve tried to claim the bundle but the link provided on the phone page https://www.honor-redemption.co.uk/ doesn’t seem to work?

Does anyone know how to get it to work?

regards

Matthew

I’ve managed to talk to someone via live chat. They are escalating the link, and I need to contact them after 48 hours.

Hi @UrbanGh0st,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the redemption link.

As the promotion is being managed by Honor, we'd recommend contacting their support team directly, as they'll be best placed to investigate any issues with the redemption website and advise how to claim your bundle.

This may also be the quickest way to get the issue resolved, particularly if there's a problem with the link or the promotion portal itself.

Hopefully Honor can get this sorted for you quickly, but if anyone in the Community has recently claimed the same offer, they may also be able to share their experience.
