    Please try the following steps:
    Double-check the promotion email/link you received and ensure you’re using the correct claim page
    Confirm the deadline hasn’t passed for the offer
    Try a different browser or device (or use incognito/private mode)
    Clear your cache and cookies, then retry
    Make sure your order is fully activated, as claims can fail if the line hasn’t gone live yet
